I absolutely LOVE Exxentric wheel! it is so effective and so easy to use! Just step on it and do it! Everything is high quality material. Takes few space in the room and is fun to exercise on it. The Customer Service was also great, got very quick response at the time when i needed information about my order! The shipment was also very quick. I recommend Exxentric wheel to everybody who wants to exercise at home and needs great results in short time.

I've been using the Exxentric KPulley2 and KBox4 Active for about 2 months and am really happy with them. I've seen great strength and muscle tone results, and I love that they're so easy to use. The KPulley2 is a great way to work your upper body, and the KBox4Active is perfect for lower-body exercises. I also really appreciate the small footprint of these machines - they're perfect for a home gym.

The best way to train at home. You get a full gym that contains the same amount opportunities as an entire wall filled with weights - just that the kBox fits within one square meter and its totally silent. Fantastic product quality and incredible, personal support along the way. First I thought its expensive until I realised how well built and designed this machine is. Exxentric is a super high quality product, engineered with passion. They make training systems you can rely on for years as all the parts are modular and replaceable. After I got the kBox I train so much more often and my fitness has improved tremendously!

They’re very responsive. I had an issue with my order not being correct and they resolved in in less than 48 hours. Their customer service is outstanding and their products are really, really well made.

The kBox is the best exercise equipment I have used. Incredible versatility. Allows for efficient workouts especially important for those with limited time to workout. Very low injury risk in using this equipment too.

I like the fact that they are reaching out for feedback however I have been disappointed in the support provided after the purchase, the app and videos are not up to the standard of competitors today.

Within a 6-8 Window I have purchased a Kbox Active 4, a K2Pulley and most recently a Kbox Pro.

Yes the items are quite expensive but the value they deliver honestly is priceless.

Straight away it is clear these are high end products quality wise ,and using the items in a client setting the time saved and most importantly the efficiency of movement delivered is as mentioned priceless.

In terms of customer service, truly brilliant. I have not had any serious issues thus far but all enquiries have been addressed same day and full of detail.

Honestly speaking, if you are thinking of purchasing any of their equipment, it should not be seen as a purchase but more an investment.

I recently had an issue with my kMeter where the batteries melted and left the battery holder springs rusty and inoperable. Initially, I thought my only option was to search for spare parts on Amazon, but I was hesitant to take action. However, when I raised the issue with the Exxentric team, they were quick to respond and asked me to send them pictures of the damage. After reviewing the pictures, they determined that the kMeter was fried and, to my surprise, they express delivered a replacement unit to my doorstep.

I was extremely impressed with the level of customer service and support provided by the Exxentric team. Love the K Box! Easy to use and set up, and our patients can feel the difference training with Exxcentric.

Well made equipment and can withstand the strongest to the weakest users. The constant tension of the eccentric/concentric movements is an advantage for time under tension, thus making training movements more effective. The machine is also recommended for rehabbing.

Amazing products, customer service and overall experience. I have the Kbox 4 and Kpulley Go plus various accessories. Can't recommend it enough!
