Stratford branch: I've been using this opticians for around 15+ years for myself and both my children (now young adults). They are always professional, knowledgeable and friendly. The wait time isn't too long, the most I've waited is 20 mins! They are really good with communication, always send reminders by text and letter, easy to make an appointment. No issues at all. Just booked my next eye test, as usual easy and friendly service.

I wish i had got prescription sunglasses sooner. I love them.

I visited the Rainham store today and was so incredibly impressed by the customer service provided by the manager, Rita. I went in to browse and have now decided I’ll use this store and its services instead of Specsavers. They have a great range of glasses, and they offer free eye tests to people who work in the area. Rita went above and beyond with how helpful she was to myself and my daughter regarding eye tests and helping with glasses. Professional, warm, great service, great products. Highly recommend this opticians.

Isabel was so great from start to end.... she proper went above and beyond. In my case it is very unusual as normally they just show you glasses and walk away (other places I've been too like boots, specsavers) etc.
This store in wandsworth simply the best. Thank you Isabel God bless you. I had a 10/10 experience here. So Nice and understanding. She is so good with customers and genuinely a nice Lady x

I was there today for an eye checkup and OCT SCAN. The doctor was Omar Uddin, he was very good and very friendly. He gave me a detailed and careful checkup. I am very satisfied and you deserve it 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Been going since I was a little girl the service and hospitality has been amazing every time not a single complaint to be made :)

I was made to feel like a valued customer, which happens even when I call in without an appointment, perhaps for a repair or advice (also are local to me which is very helpful); listened to, polite, professional, efficient and on-time.

All the staff , especially Lewis at Faversham branch have been particularly patient with my mum who has dementia.
Nothing has been too much trouble for him and he has repeatedly adjusted her glasses. She has had to have a new pair due to her eyesight changing again within 6 months. So they have gone above and beyond.

I had an emergency appointment and I was seen asap. The report was done and sent to the doctor the same day as the doctor rang me 2 hours after the appointment. Great service and a friendly team will always go back to this opticians always have made you feel comfortable. Well done to having the best team 👍🏻

The team at Faversham always make me feel at ease and that I can take all the time I need to make the choice that’s right for me. Lewis was especially helpful and even made me enjoy my visit I’m looking forward to collecting my new glasses which is a rarity for me! Thanks Lewis! 🙂

Nadia helped with an accident I had that caused bruising and something stuck in my eye. She saw me within an hour and was so calm, kind and thorough. She understood my concerns and was able to treat me despite my panicking. She also had me wait for a period after treatment to make sure I was ok after the anaesthetic wore off. Couldn’t recommend more if you’re ever in need of urgent care. The staff at reception were also kind and understanding and saw to me quickly.

I was called in for a routine eye exam. Everything explained to me during the appointment and then glasses options also laid out with partial NHS payment. Decided on a mid range and they were certainly more stylish than my current pair!
Some products were recommended for dry and itchy eyes especially with the seasons changing but thankfully I was reassured that my vision itself not affected
Easy to make and change appointments if needed and they send reminders aswel
