Purchase in February,came in fast but frame was not fitting and slipping. Reached out immediately following satisfaction guaranteed policy and took multiple emails, calls and chats to finally get an RMA in April. Shipped back product immediately. Long story short I only got my money back in mid August, after many inquiries.

I purchased safety glasses on May 11, 2022. I used them twice and they did not fit properly. I shipped the safety glasses, and they received them on JULY 2, 2022.

After receiving the product, I received an email stating,
"They received the glasses and it will have to go through a scanning process."

I waited patiently, and they failed to provide a refund, someone else, said "Refund was already processed. They said it was processed on July 28, 2022. And I spoke to them on August 2, 2022.

According to their website, "Once we receive your delivery confirmation number, you will either receive a refund within 3-5 business days or be sent a replacement."

They have consistently disappointed me even though I did my part by returning their product. The employee assured me that they emailed their supervisor, but I did not hear back from the supervisor.

I received my refund on August 20, 2022. It was a long process. Their refund policy is not what it seems, something to keep in mind.

More specifically, "Once we receive your delivery confirmation number, you will either receive a refund within 3-5 business days or be sent a replacement."

*Note*
It took 38 days to receive a refund. Be careful about Eyewearcanda.com. I'm thankful for the refund; however, this was not a smooth process.

In summary,
-Return was full of hassles.
-3-5 business days to receive a refund was not true. It took 38 days.
-Customer service needs to be more responsive in providing a refund and not leaving the customer in doubt.

Excellent - received exactly what I ordered and liked them - prescription safety glasses.
The frame is too large - (*do your homework in frame sizes*)
Emailed about the issue - got a very quick response - and suggestions for better frames - and they’re on there way - only charge is shipping
Will definitely use Eyewear Canada again

Absolutely horrendous "company". I ordered a pair of safety glasses and did receive them. However, they were very poorly made and I opted for a refund.

There is nothing Canadian about this business. The glasses were shipped to me from China and when, after a lot of effort from me, they gave me a return address for the refund it was in the US. I had to return them to a different company than I got them from and had to pay for the return shipping. There is an optometrist at the provided address, but it has a different name again. So I ordered from eyewear Canada.com, had to return them to Schultz Optical and when you look up that address the company located there is CA Glasses. Yeah...

I sent the glasses back a few months ago and track & trace shows they arrived, but I haven't received my refund and they stopped answering my messages. I don't like writing these reviews, but I am worried I'll never get my money back. At least this way, hopefully, someone else doesn't run into the same problem.

Complete scam, stay away from eyewearcanada.com and spend your money elsewhere!

First, their web page isn't working good. So, data of prescription got mix up and they send me a bad pair of glasses. Told them so. They send me a second pair, but of wrong color !!! Second, wrote to them, no answer since 2 weeks. Gave them 2 stars because they tried to fix, but one understand that they are far from professional and price not so low. Robert G.
