I booked through the Eze-Flow website expecting to wait 2 days but Chris called steaight away and was at my home within an hour. The hot water issue was a mystery but Chris was patient and professional, finally determining the problem with a successful solution. I cannot recommend Chris enough, he was fantastic.

Hi Peta,
When we saw your online booking mentioned no hot water — in the middle of winter — we reshuffled the schedule to get to you that same day. Unfortunately what should’ve been a straightforward HWS replacement became more involved thanks to some previous poor workmanship. But we’re committed to maintaining the flow and made sure your new Rinnai gas instantaneous system was properly installed and running smoothly. You’ve now got an endless supply of reliable hot water!
Thanks again for your fantastic recommendation — it really helps others on the Northern Beaches find a plumbing team they can count on.
Cheers,
Chris Smith and the Eze-Flow Plumbing Team
It's not easy to find a plumber/gas-fitter who'll work on boats, most won't go near a marine environment. So I was relieved to find Chris was happy to do so and even came quite a way from his local area to fix a problem with my gas system (BBQ/hot water/stove & cooktop), then re-certify it to commercial-standard compliance.
Chris is friendly, punctual, patient & professional. Very happy with the work & wouldn't hesitate to recommend. Many thanks.

Hi Pete,
What a great review! It’s true — it’s hard to find a gasfitter who’s not only insured to work on marine vessels but also truly understands the unique challenges boats present. That’s why we’re proud to be Sydney’s leading marine gas plumber. We’re glad we could assist with your gas system and ensure everything meets commercial compliance. Traveling out to you was no trouble at all — it’s all part of our professional service.
Your recommendation means a lot, and we’re always here to help with any marine gas needs.
Thanks again,
Chris Smith and the Eze-Flow Plumbing Team

Thanks Julie we really appreciate you taking the time to review us and we are glad to here that you were happy with our service today replacing your tap.
Our gas hot water system started leaking on the Monday of the long weekend, and Chris managed to get to our place within the hour to sort out an interim measure with a small electric system. He came the next morning to install the new gas tank as well. His service was prompt and excellent.
