Rating for service to LBI Shuttle tickets
I goofed on the date for my shuttle by one day. Quickly called the vendor who gave me instructions for requesting a change.
I had my new ticket later that day.
Fast and efficient ticketing!!
Doesn't get any better than this!

I used ezEvent recently for a cancer fund raiser. The process to purchase tickets was super easy and the printout was immediately sent to my email. The event was excellent and the location was fantastic in NYC with great views of the skyline.

It was ez to use and we were up and running in no time. We really liked the instant notification every time tickets were sold. It was easy to organize our event and enjoy the show ourselves. One small issue is that many of our ticket purchasers claimed they could not print their tickets or could not link to the site at all. This was not my experience but that's what we were told by a few of our purchasers. I would have given a 5 star rating if not for that feedback. Looking forward to using EZ event next summer again.

I was able to create and manage our 10 year reunion with ease. Using a ticket service was never really something we thought of until we realized that wanted to give the venue we booked an ensured headcount. This allowed us to better evaluate our budget and guarantee payment to the venue without overstating a headcount and over stretching our budget. We will be using ezEvent for every reunion from now on! Every class planning a reunion should use them!

EzEvent made our competition a success by making tickets easy to purchase! The communication with their staff was also great. We cannot wait to use them again for our next competition!

I seem to always mix up ticket sales with other funds in my account since it all goes to one account. This is a great way to keep a good track of how much money has been made by tickets alone and to save/collect in one lump sum..

I have used this site twice now for events that i have hosted and I like it! The support has been great and will be using it again. It just make my life that much easier. I hope they make the website mobile compatible and come out with an Android app which would really make this EZ!

I have really enjoyed this experience. This website creates widgets for your event, links, e-mails, even facebook events! It's been very easy to use and I will definitely use this service again!

I work as an Event Coordinator and use ezEvent for all of our company's events. We use it so that guests can register to attend the event and to sign up for the tournaments and special activities we're having at the events. Knowing who is coming in advance helps me accurately plan for how much food I need, how much seating, etc., which is a huge help. I love that I can customize the event page to meet my needs so it always looks professional and festive. Being able to collect tickets helps me track who actually attended the event vs. who signed up, which helps me plan future events better. The system is super easy to use, and it's low cost so I don't have to sacrifice my event budget. I will continue to use it for all of my events!

We used EZEvent to sell tickets for a ticketed fundraiser event, with different price levels including a name your own price option and a donation only option (no tickets). It was super easy to configure this. All the tickets sales went smoothly, as did the event. I also did my homework ahead of time and EZTicket was by far the cheapest option. I would def reccomend to others!
