The company violates safety/ELD regulations and clocks out drivers, which poses a threat to the road. Where is the FMCSA looking?

The ELD itself is fine as long as it is working correctly, but the moment you have a Issue their Customer Service is Piss Poor.... No one will answer the phone or respond to Emails, and after 20 calls and 15hrs of trying, I Rate their C/S a "ZERO Stars"

As a driver, this app burns way too much phone battery. I don't use any other features so can't comment.

The support staff is readily available; however, they falsify drivers log without the driver Knowing about it and it is my CDL on the line. This is not good.

Their ELD for trucks is very legit! Set up was straightforward, and their support team is always ready to help. Definitely makes fleet management easier.

This truck navigation feature saved me multiple times already. It works without any issues, regardless of the state I am in, and gives me timely updates too. I will be renewing it in the future!

Really like the extra stuff like the EzChat Al and the dash cams. Makes communicating and driving safer. Feels like they've done their homework and thought of everything a trucker needs

The truck nav system has made my routes way easier, especially for the price I pay. It points out all the stops and stuff I need on the road, kind to battery and doesn't glitch. Makes planning my trips a lot simpler, feels like a good deal.

It`s obviously been meticulously developed. It only took me a couple of tries to figure out how to use it and when I did I realized it could be just what I needed for managing expenses. I`ve been using it for two weeks now without a hitch!

Eld doesn’t work properly.
Randomly changing statuses.
Customer support promises to solve the problem but never did.

When they say Ezlogs. It's a good description of there services. Great people. Make a mistake on Ur logs. Or load cancel. Or someone at the pic or drop just blew up Ur day . ELogs can help. They just make logs easy. Been using Ezlogs for almost a year. Good stuff !

I recently started using their EzSmart ELD, and it's a gem. it is easier to track the routes and stay connected. The have advanced GPS performance and instant Internet connection Plus, the data recovery feature is a good thing to have when I need to access past information. Automatic updates are also a thing. I don't have to worry about keeping it current; it does it on its own.

EZLogs has made my ELD experience super amazing. Always ready to help and always very kind whenever I call. The team there are always ready to problem solve and provide the best customer experience possible.
