Do Not Bother
Placed a order with an express delivery between 1-3 days, I emailed as I had concerns over not receiving a delivery update, then I read some of the reviews so emailed again and still no reply. As it stands terrible service.

It said on the website that my item was in stock, and when I purchased it, it said that it would be with me in 2/3 days, that was 4weeks ago, so I emailed to company and the lady told me that the item was actually out of stock and the website are advertising it as in stock

Had to cancel the order due no delivery - £10 cheaper when Ordering with Amazon (Same Day)
Had to cancel the order.
I ordered the product and a week later nothing had arrived. I had emailed the company, and they didn’t really respond as to where the order was - just they that want their orders to be as ‘fresh as possible’ when they deliver.
I had contacted by phone a week after ordering as well and they advised that the product would be dispatched the next day as they were waiting for stock from Europe.
Two days later, nothing had been dispatched. I has contacted by phone and even they told me to wait half an hour to come back to me with an answer.
I noticed the price was cheaper on Amazon. The price of the product was £10 cheaper (Even after ordering SAME DAY delivery).
I cancelled the order with EZTYGA and then purchased same day with Amazon. Saved £10 and got the product by the end of the day.
If you are trying to compete with companies like Amazon, you really should be trying harder to meet the customer needs - especially with £50+ products.
