Paul is highly experienced and knowledgeable in all things Triathlon and sport in general. He creates bespoke programs that fit in around your life and as I've cited many times, has always got me to the start line is the best condition I can be in given my other life circumstances. I have honestly achieved way more than I ever thought I could have. :)

Challenging, creative programs. Good communication. Always focused on helping you to reach your full potential.

Paul has been my coach for the past 9 months, and the improvement in my fitness has been incredible. I was completely new to swimming and cycling, and never particularly strong at running, but Paul has helped me build a solid base. He’s pushed me well outside my comfort zone with speed work and other sessions I used to dread, and now actually enjoy.

Having Paul structure my weekly training has taken away a huge amount of guesswork. And when things don’t go to plan, being able to talk things through with him has made a big difference.

Putting my full trust in Paul and the process is really paying off. Just need to hold it together for a few more months until my Ironman!

I’ve been training with Paul for around six months now, and I’ve never run, swum, or cycled faster. Thanks to his coaching, I’ve achieved personal bests in all three disciplines over multiple distances. Paul has been preparing me for my first Ironman, and I’ve genuinely enjoyed every session he’s programmed - even the really hard ones! He’s always available for a chat - whether I’m facing a confidence crisis or just need some general advice. I couldn’t recommend him more highly.

Paul creates a programme for YOU. Before I even know what I need, I feel like Paul knows. The improvements I’ve seen in as little as 6 months has been incredible and more than I could have even imagined. I was so unsure about getting a coach but I haven’t looked back since the very first day with Paul. He knows what he’s talking about and knows how to get the best out of his athletes.
