Fab Home Interiors is a family run home interiors company with 7 stores across Lancashire and Cumbria. We're based in Blackpool, which is where we dispatch your orders from. We're all about providing you with the best quality, luxurious homeware available - at the best prices, that's why our team of interior designers and buyers hand pick all of our items.
The Fab family is a friendly team of 54 (and growing!). We're well known for our customer service team who are always happy to help you out, whether its asking a design question or queries about an order. We'll do our very best to help you 9am to 4pm, 5 days a week. All of our items are sold instore and online through our website, we know you're going to be super excited to receive your items - that's why we offer express delivery on most of our items in the warehouse. Some of our items, including our best selling framed artwork is made to order in our own studios, therefore lead times will vary so please bear with us while we hand create your artwork!We're only human, sometimes accidents do happen. Whilst we do everything in our power to ensure your items arrive with you safely, on rare occasions they might arrive with a fault. If this happens to you, please get in touch with our team as quickly as you can - it's our job to make this right for you!

bronze mantel clock
The clock arrived in good time and was well-packed. It is as described, and looks good on my mantelpiece. What's more, it is working, and keeping good time. And I can read the time clearly!

The duck had plenty protection in the…
The duck had plenty protection in the box , unfortunately the duck had been laid on Bolton of box with no protection underneath all the protective stuff was just laid on top of the duck. The result was one of ducks legs at top was hanging off with two little nails sticking out of the broken bit. We repaired it as best wee could although it’s a bit wobbly . I am unable to repack it and send it back as I have problems with my hands. I won’t be buying anything else from you even though I love the wobbly duck.

Lovely Artwork
Lovely Artwork, chose the frames I wanted and they are perfect. Arrived in one piece, including a huge mirror.
The only letdown was the delivery. I was sent a dispatched email but the tracking kept saying delayed, I contacted Fab who said that the email was incorrect and it had been dispatched to a different courier who would contact me in a few days to arrange delivery. Several more days went by and I had still heard nothing from the courier so had to contact them. They told me they had only received my parcels that day and would contact me as soon as a delivery slot was arranged. I did then receive my art the next day. It’s only a slight letdown but communication could have been better.
Hasn’t put me off though, I have already been looking at what to order next!
