Just had a problem with the shipping address, it wanted an apartment number or something else. My son just put our local area in the box and voila! Sorted. Very happy receiving what I ordered.

Hi Vera,
For international Orders, we rely on the address you put in the order, and we give same address on our courier. If there is slight variation in local area, we will not be able to figure out, but the local delivery person can, in this case I can see it is delivered on Hunters Hill, and this is also in your address, however you also mentioned the house number, but that is not visible on tracking, so cannot comment. I gave your email id and contact details also, but you can very well understand, Courier is third party and we as seller have very limited control on their activity.
I understand you concern and take this feedback in positive sprit to pass as much as instructions what they can take, in future international couriers. Thank you

Product great, fast delivery though coming through customs from the UK to Germany (plus tax...).
Only pity that one of the containers didn't support the shaking through transportation and the powder spilled out and covered everything. But I would have no idea how to really prevent this - other than breaking the seal and putting some upholstery inside. Sh... happens

First Order
My first time using this company, very quick delivery, I had an issue with receiving unsealed mascara, the problem was resolved very quickly and a free collection arranged.
The concealer I also ordered was spot on though and a great price.
Overall a good experience and I would order from them again.

Hi Ismah,
Sorry for inconvenience due to third party delivery, on which we do not have any control once we dispatch it in time. However when you report it, we issued you full refund and confirmed you on the chat. Hopefully as a seller we did out bit. Will apricate if you confirm me back if you still have not received the refund.
