If I could give zero stars I would. Fake products sent, and it's not like they retail the product much cheaper than the original. Disputed this through my bank, as they're clearly ignoring all correspondence.

I bought IT cosmetics foundation. It's definitely fake. Don't buy from here. I've sent a complaint and asked for a refund. I wish I had checked the site on here.

I recently bought the IT Cosmetics Night cream, but I don’t believe it’s the genuine product which I’ve been using for years. The texture and the smell are different (should smell like lavander but it smells like soap), and I’ve starter getting pimples after a few uses, even though it should be non-comedogenic. This has never happened before! Unfortunately, I threw away the package before using it so I wasn’t able to return. Better to spend a few extra pounds and buy from a reliable source. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

I’ve left a review on their site as well, but it was never posted and I can’t see any reviews on any of their products, how convenient. Just to add - I worked at IT Cosmetics for 2 years so I know the products very well, this was definitely not a genuine IT Cosmetics cream.

Do not buy their products. They're all counterfeited. I bought the Anastasia Beverley Hills contour palette, as was running out of my old one, and they aren't even remotely the same.

The Face Method palette doesn't match the shades whatsoever and the pigment in the contour is abysmal. The 'pop of colour' section doesn't even have any shimmer to it, it's just a plain, dull, beige coloured powder. The box itself is cheap and thin, and the text used for the shade names isn't even the same, either!

Do not recommend.

Fake products! My mum bought my sister an Anastasia Highlighter Palette for Christmas. Absolutely nowhere near the real deal. The colours aren’t even close the what they should be, pigment and texture is shocking. False advertisement. Company needs shutting down

Fake products and when I went to email them, the email bounced back! Their customer service number was also not in service. Be careful!

Convinced these products are fake but I have been asked to prove it as Face method want my review removed. How about they prove they are real? When products finally arrived ( 48 hour tracked only from when they dispatch, took over a week and they blamed Royal Mail!) packaging and product didn’t ressemble those I already own.Benefit of doubt, manufactured elsewhere? Questioned with them and they deny so opened and used and they must be forgeries. IT Cosmetics CC cream and Benefit They’re Real mascara. Look different, smell different, no staying power. And what’s more, no option to leave reviews on their website! What a racket. Never again!
