Scammer please do not order from this company. Took money and never sent good! Also sent me tracking number but was delivered to England. No emails answers!

I ordered a set of pans over 6 weeks ago and nothing has arrived, I got a tracking number that never worked.
I would like my money back

It is a SCAM company!
I lost my money!

I ordered luxury dining set-rotating buffet server on the 12/09/2025 at £29 with order number Facile4505 Masion. The product was supposed to be delivered on the 25/09/25. Suddenly, I got an email saying, your product have been delivered. I was at home throughout that day and there were no parcel delivered. I emailed them immediately, and they asked me to email the address, telephone number of any convenience shop near me. I send the details to them through email.

Later they send me email as shown below;
25/09/25

Dear Mr Efosa,
Thank you for confirming your full address and the nearby point of reference
• As the original parcel was not delivered successfully, we have now
arranged an urgent reshipment Your replacement parcel will be dispatched immediately, with an estimated delivery time of u to 12 working days fu+. The new tracking number will be shared with you as soon as the
courier activates it. We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience while we resolve this
matter.

Till now , nothing received. I have emailed them twice no response. I have to contact my bank to recover my money which is still pending.

This company Facile Masion shouldn’t be allowed to trade in the UK market as they are marketing and selling their products with deception.

I ordered Luxury Serving Dish in the 08/09/25 and it never arrived and no contact details to reach this company or scammers.

The same as all the other people on here. I ordered a mirror for my daughter’s birthday with an express delivery option for her birthday and it didn’t arrive - went to check the status of it and the link no longer works.

I ordered a mirror a month ago and it never arrived. I emailed them two weeks ago and they replied saying they’ll investigate within 72 hours, no one has come back to me. I sent another email asking for a refund or replacement and never got a reply. Please don’t order anything from this company they are 100% scammers.

waiting for the ordere for over a month, which was confirmed, and sent a tracking no too. no links are working now. its ascam, and fraud. dont know how to report?

I like many others ordered from this company and never received my order, how are companies like this allowed to get away with blatantly robbery!! They dont respond to emails, absolute scammers

I ordered and paid for a shoe cabinet. On the emails and updates I was getting it said it was delivered,it wasn't. I tried to get In touch with them, but it's saying not a valid email address. I would avoid paying any money to these thieves.

Parcel not delivered though got message that it had been delivered. Support never came back to me after filing complaint

This is a scam, run away from them, I ordered luxury serving dish, they sent me a royal mail card saying they missed me, but I was in the house the day they dropped it, in the card there was no ref track number, and when I emailed they claimed to follow it up and they disappeared

Very poor, ordered a mirror as a present but the tracking link does not work and no response to emails. Do not order from them

Ordered from this company, received a tracking number that didn't work, a message from the 'delivery company' and no order arrived. Sent several emails,one was answered with the promise of a replacement, full of apologies. Replacement item never arrived!!

I ordered the luxury dinner set on 15th September and received an acknowledgement email with a link to track the order. The link never worked. I emailed them and still waiting for a response. Seems like scam to me.

Stay away! Scam Scam Scam! Didn’t get my order and it says delivered from tracking! Please stay away from this site.
