Sent me the wrong refrigerator filter and said it was an IT issue. Asked me to send pictures of the wrong filter, which I did. After many days of delay the customer rep. said she couldn't do anymore, it was in the hands of her supervisor. The supervisor eventually called me and was more interested in getting the wrong filter back than sending me the correct one. They picked up the wrong filter they sent me by FedEx over a week ago and I still have not received my replacement filter. It has been over five weeks since I ordered the original filter. I keep emailing them to find out the status of my replacement filter, but no answer. Take it from me and order your filters from someone else..

Only thing i see wrong is a 1/4" gap on ne corner that doesn't have filter element covering it. Not a big problem. I just like to have it filter all the air going to the AC, but otherwise a very good filter.

Prompt delivery. Filters were 1/4 inch too narrow. Had to add spacer material along one edge.

I found Factory Direct Filters online. Just looking for a better price. I got way more than a great price!! I ordered the wrong size.. When I called to return and reorder the correct size, they were so understanding, so helpful in straightening it out!!! Sam, the customer support rep, waited while I measured the old filter exactly. She explained the 16x25x5 has three sizes really... She helped me get the one that fit my York furnace!! The return will be easy with the FedEx tag and they are sending the new filters now!
The filters I'm getting are much more efficient than ones I've found before-- I'm getting a better filter for a better price!

Actual delivery took quite a long time.

My first order with Factory Direct came in the wrong size. I shipped them back at their expense, and about a week later received the correct size filters. The second order came with a 6 inch tear in one of the boxes. No apparent damage to the filters, and no way to know whether or not the damage was from the warehouse or the delivery. Still, the filters work as advertised and their prices beat most competitors.

I was first skeptical about buying AC filters online at FactoryDirect, but took a chance given the prices for MERV8 filters. I bought four different size filters. They all seem well made, but they do not fit snug in the return vent.

After looking for filters everywhere, I ordered from factory direct filters. They fit perfect to my air conditioner and the price is very good. Shipping was fast. Good quality. I will order again from them.

I was sent the wrong size filters and called to inform your company of the mistake. The lady I spoke with confirmed the size I had ordered originally, apologized for the mistake, asked me to e mail a photo of the size marked on the boxes I received and three days later I received the correct size filters. Everyone makes mistakes but she was so helpful and your company rectified the mistake immediately. Thank you and I will continue ordering my filters from you in the future.

I was very pleased with all aspects of my purchase of filters from Factory Direct Filters, the filters were well made, reasonably priced and I received them very quickly.

We ordered 6 24x24x4 filters which arrived in one large 24x24x24 box dented. Opening the box revealed 4 of the 6 filters bent and nearly torn
on edge. We used one as it was needed immediately since our air conditioner was just fixed.

I purchased 1" MERV 13 filters for my system (2 20"x20 in. and 1 12"x24"). The paper with which these MERV 13 filters are constructed is neither strong enough or rigid enough. When you use a high MERV rating filter there is more resistance to the return air being pulled through the filter. As soon as I installed the filters and turned down the thermostat, causing the AC unit's fans to start pulling air, these filters lost their flat shape and bent into a somewhat concave position. I have never before had filters bend - never. This is the first time that I have installed MERV 13 filters, but the manufacturer ought to consider beefing up the weight of the paper box structure to a heavier pound paper. I am honestly concerned that as the filters accumulate dirt, etc., they will bend further and get sucked right into the duct.
