I purchased a 100.00 jumpsuit on Jan 11th for my best friends birthday party this weekend and the tracking still says “order placed” I’ve reached out twice now and have not gotten a response at all. This is terrible customer service I would never recommend buying from this place. Total scam. I will be filing a fraudulent charge to my bank.

Almost a month to actually ship product and only shipped after trying to cancel order.

After waiting weeks with no shipping info, I emailed them through their website at the service email shown on the website. Still have not received a response to date. Emailed info address also on website. Still no response to date. Googles a phone number but could only find the number for a storefront in California. Called and spoke with someone to find out where our order was and to cancel since it won't arrive in time for the event it was ordered for. Within hours, I received an email that it just shipped...FROM CHINA! I sent at least four emails and text messages (as directed through the Shop App) to find out status and when after a week of no response, attempted to cancel the order. Only then did they ship. We had to buy something else from another source.

Yeah I paid for express shipping and was told UPS delivers so it should be here by today the 13th. 2days ago My daughter called a she said their original method of delivery had changed she didn’t know why, so there taking longer 😑 I pray it’s here and everyone else waiting gets theirs to. Not good business practices, and girlfriend working the shop. you should be honest with delivery times, makes you look flaky and unprofessional, Don’t go down for your owners, not worth it. Praying for all you waiting on thier dress…. blessings🙏🏼😊

HORRIBLE

I placed an order for my birthday and the 2 outfits came in a reasonable amount of time but neither quite fit me right. I understand their return policy is store credit only which is fine but there is no return address or label that comes with the package. You need to pay for the shipping and put the label on yourself. Also fine… IF I was able to get ahold of anyone to know what the address is to ship it back to. I have sent multiple emails to their customer service, called with no answer and a “full mailbox” and tried the chat that says “we are experiencing high volume, we’ll get back to you” and never do. This is extremely frustrating especially because I spent over $200 on clothes I will never wear. I should have done my research on this company before buying. TERRIBLE customer service, DON’T order from here

ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE

I Placed an order and received the clothing on 1/19/23. The product was great quality but I found another outfit I liked better elsewhere so I decided to return it. I emailed customer service twice once on 1/25 and again on 1/31 with no response to either email. I then went online and used the chat option and was able to get someone to respond. I was informed I could return the outfit but I had to pay for shipping out of pocket (which I did) and email them the tracking number which I also did. The package was delivered to Faeriesty on 3/2. I have yet to hear anything regarding a refund or a credit to purchase something else. I tried the chat option online and it says they are experiencing high volume of contacts and to leave my info and they will get back to me. Honestly this company is awful. In this day and age you need to have a capable customer service department. At this point I will take ANY customer service. My advice DO NOT ORDER FROM FAERIESTY!!!!

Don’t order with them

Don’t order with them. You have to fight to get your money back, long after the merchandise you don’t like was returned. Awful customer service. All the responses are automated and not pertaining to your individual situation.

DON'T DO IT PEOPLE....ITS A SCAM.....bought the dresses.....no invoice for return, no REAL address for return.....THANK GOD I paid with paypal...I have some type of recourse to get some money back.....The site promised me that the dress would come in a week....it took two and I missed my New Year's Eve Party. Yep, now I'm stuck trying to return two sizes of a dress I never even opened.....I should know better.

I WAS very excited about my order (big mistake)

I was very excited about my order. I bought 2 dresses for a total over $100. I inquired by email twice and called numerous times where I had left two messages and I have not had any response from the Faeriesty Team. If I don't see that my order has shipped within the 15 business day time frame I will dispute the charge with my bank as fraud. The horrible customer service is inexcusable for a company with such a large following on social media and many positive reviews. I fully expect someone to reach out, but if not, I have every intention of making this a big deal. $100 is not a small amount of money.

This store is a fake/scam. I purchased 2 dresses for homecoming well before time and also paid for express shipping. I still have not received my dresses. I have tried to reach out through email and my emails have been blocked. I have tried calling and no one answers and mailbox is full. We take great pride in giving our 100% every day to provide fast and friendly service to every customer who calls, but in this instance, we failed. We do our best to train all of our representatives on how to properly handle customers issues, but your concern was not handled properly. For that, we are extremely sorry.

Going forward, we are going to take steps to ensure that this situation does not happen again. For starters, we are hosting additional training sessions for customer service call agents, and will require our staff to collect contact information from every customer so we can reach out again in the case of a dropped or mishandled call.

I want to sincerely thank you for bringing this issue to our attention. We are always to improve our customer service, and your feedback is essential to that process. We will have the manager to give a follow up call for this bad experience. We will do whatever it takes to make our customer satisfied with both merchandises and service.

I ordered a bridesmaid dress from…

I ordered a bridesmaid dress from fariesty and apparently it got delivered but I never received it so I contacted customer service and they didn’t do anything about it. All they said was it said it was delivered and they were going to check with the post office but they never got back to me about anything else. I’ve never ordered from here and I’m really disappointed because I’m on a budget as is for this wedding and now I’m out of a dress when I really depended on this. My roommate was home so no way it was delivered to the door and I came home an hour after I got the notification it was “delivered” to check my apartment mail box and nothing was in there so the post office man definitely put it in the wrong mail box. It just shows they only care about the money and don’t refund or send you something new when something wrong happens. I never write bad reviews but I’m extremely upset about this and want to give a warning to everyone.

Super disappointed by the service

Super disappointed by the service. I ordered a dress for my baby shower and it just didn’t meet my expectations. I looked over their site multiple times and I just couldn’t find a dress for me. I asked for a refund and they stated I can receive in store credit ONLY. Really upsetting when I know I won’t buy anything from them so pretty much I just wasted my money. As a first time customer, I am disappointed and would not recommend unless you are 100% sure about your purchase.
