Gorgeous bag, delivered quickly as usual. Despite being gorgeous it just wasn’t going to work for me so I returned it. Very easy returns - they give you a postage label in the box -tape up the box, add their postage label and tootle off to the Post Office. Quickly refunded too. The whole process gives you the confidence to buy knowing if it doesn’t work out everything is resolved speedily.

Love the look but the sizing and comfort is just terrible.

I've never worn a size 7 in my life yet, I have to here. Even then, its not great

My trainers, cracked very easily and were tight around the toes

Boots, cut into the backs of your legs. I've now bought heel wedge insoles. Bit better but for the price, still not great.

Wedges, oh my!! By far the worse shoes I've ever worn.
They made it around morrisons, cut open my foot. They were that painful, I took them off a drove barefoot home. Thank goodness I test run them before Bowlesworth International.

The staff are always really helpful with any queries.

My experience with Fairfax and Favor , from purchasing , delivery and , on one occasion a return, was always impeccable. They graciously answer promptly and pleasantly even general questions sent via e-mail. They have somehow mastered the rare art of making the customers feel like they are the only ones with focus on them personally. Not a small thing in this day and age when customer service for e-commerce is seriously lacking. Additionally, their products are gorgeous and of excellent and consistent quality . Love the brand and I wish they had a physical presence in the U.S.

I have purchased several items now from F&F , always been very happy with customer service , who were brilliant when I received a bag which was faulty , the young lady was very apologetic and asked me to send it back at my convenience ( free of charge ) and either refund or replace , a new one was sent out as soon as they received the old one back. Can’t fault F&F and would highly recommend ☺️

Excellent customer service after I snapped a button on my jacket. It was repaired promptly and free of charge. They even paid for the postage.

A1 Product and Style way beyond

One of my favourite brands! Have always found Fairfax & Favor products to be of fabulous quality and so stylish. Customer service is also exceptional. 😊

Excellent customer, I ordered x2 of something and wrote yo enquire if I could cancel x1 but the order had already been processed and was advised I could return free, however, I decided to keep.

I’m sharing this to help others make an informed decision. I sadly did not listen to the other reviews about the soles of their boots. From reading other reviews, Fairfax and favour seem to have many comments about the soles being poor quality.

I purchased a pair of boots from Fairfax as a gift, which developed a structural fault after being worn only once (again, which seems quite a common issue with their boots from other buyers). The issue was reported shortly after purchase, but it was dismissed as wear and tear, and no remedy was offered for sometime. After weeks a “goodwill” gesture was offered to repair the sole but they then Fairfax said if the same issue were to reappear, they would not address this.

What was most disappointing was the customer service throughout—our concerns were not properly addressed, communication was poor, and no apology was offered at any stage. To say it was like talking to a brick wall seems a fair representation.

After several failed attempts to resolve the issue, I had to begin a small claims action. Only then was the matter settled before we were forced to take them to court.

This experience required unnecessary time and effort to resolve something that should have been straightforward. I would advise others to be cautious and prepared to assert their rights if needed.

The small claims process is easy and self explanatory, and citizens advice or your credit card company have great resources to get you on track. Do not settle for poor customer care or products that do not meet your expectations! I have shared this on my instagram, and will be sharing this on my linked in shortly to help others in this situation!

Great ordering system and if you need to return anything, customer services are on hand to help. You can speak to a real person, not a robot

Having received my boots from online, they were too big. The exchange process was very straightforward and my replacement boots were soon back with me. I would have no hesitation in buying online again as excellent service.
