Impressive
I'm super impressed with this dip powder. I've tried SO many brands and I always do 3 layers and they still break so easily. 1-2 layers of this powder and you are good! It's super strong and I love the gel coat on top to smooth it out. I'll definitely be buying more!

When I made my purchase it said I qualified for free shipping yet I still got charged for shipping, my purchase was over 70 dollars, I tried to pick another shipping option but it didn't allow me to do so! I sent an email and didn't receive a response! I absolutely love FG I just didn't like I qualified for free shipping but didn't receive it! I'm also n Tx so I very much want to continue supporting a Tx business!

Hey Fairy Glamour! Wonderful site and I’m looking forward to receiving the product, my complaint is that I was promised free shipping over $35. I spent $66 I believe, and still had to pay for shipping. Maybe that could be remedied?

I checked your order and it looks like you almost hit the free shipping threshold (your order was at $61 and free shipping is $65+) however you did add another item, the dip powder brush, post purchase after the original payment which put you over the $65 threshold. Unfortunately since the brush purchase was made after checkout, the system did not recognize your free shipping. I have gone ahead and refunded your shipping cost so you should receive an email on your refund shortly. Sorry for the confusion. Thank you and we hope you like your colors! ❤️

Mailman lost my package contacted customer service they are very friendly turns out I found my found package it was at my neighbors. Although I don't like the process of calling the cops over $30 to file a report just to get a replacement I would rather eat the 30 or just reorder. My experience has been positive any questions i have they do reply very quickly.
