I ordered 3 books for my kids for Christmas. The website said it would arrive before Christmas. They were shipped separately using a Chinese courier. The first said it was delivered, it was not. After back and forth with them I requested another one be shipped. I never received it. The second arrived in February. The third never came. I've now had to move so who knows if it ever was sent. As of April 30th, I still have not received the other two books that were ordered in December.

I had the following issues with the Faith Journey workbook from this company:
1) This is clearly an AI generated book.
2) Multiple errors-we have completed only up to lesson 10 and already have had to reference the answer key for activities because the activity hints are either wrong or in such fragmented sentences that they are unclear.
3) The advertisement I had seen for this product suggested a more in-depth study of the bible and christian faith. However, supplementation is needed for all lessons to have them go deeper than a brief summary of a given bible passage. This is not sufficient for children over the age of 5 though it is labeled as for tweens on their website. I purchased for young elementary and have had to supplement and elaborate for every lesson.
4) Activities are not thought through. ex. The first time children are given a drawing activity it is for the story of Cain and Able. You can draw your own conclusions about this, but I think it comes down to the likelihood that this was AI generated as well as not proofed.

Would give zero stars if an option. Terrible service, poor product and no option to return except to China. Took over two months to receive. Terrible.

I received the product (from China) within a few weeks of ordering. No author, publishing company or ISBN #. Material appears accurate (but I haven't read the entire book yet). Advertising reviews seems over-hyped. Paper quality doesn't match the price. My biggest complaints are that the product is significantly over priced, and the free download is underwhelming (& the download is not the product that was advertised).

The stories in this are simple and are OK. However, there are errors consistently throughout all the activities in this workbook. It’s like no one proofread it before it was sent to production. Almost like someone from a foreign country made it.

I ordered on Dec. 31st and it is now Feb. 15th. They keep telling me it is coming and to be patient. I have been more than patient. I asked for my $ back. Waiting to hear back. They ship from China and it is not a legit carrier so I can't even really track it. Total scam. Do not buy from them.

Final Update. I received a refund today. They responded to my emails within 1-2 days each time and the refund came in 5 days.

In summary, the facebook ads are intended to be customer reviews - but all I have seen are extremely long and have almost too good to be true stories. Shipping comes from China and takes over a month. When it arrived in my town it was intercepted and the tracking ended. The store responded that they could verify the tracking but didn't know why and if I wanted another shipped. I asked and received a refund.

Initial Review: It appears to not be a legitimate company. Very nice and flashy advertisements with over the top great reviews of the products. I ordered mine over a month ago. The tracking showed it came from China and arrived in my town 4 days ago, then without explanation it was rerouted and no more tracking is showing up.

Update: I received a response from the company and they indicated they will refund my purchase. I will follow up if/when they do.

Refused to honor refund policy by ghosting me, after claiming they'd never seen my email to their single email address. Wanted to know why I was disappointed with their product, and then ignored emails over a two-week period.

I ordered 2 workbooks on Dec 2, 2025. As of Dec 29, the tracking showed the books sent to a different zip code than the one I provided, they were then forwarded to the correct zip code for delivery, finally they were determined to be undeliverable and are being returned to the sender. I have emailed the company twice with no response. I have asked for a refund but it looks like I will have to rely on Am Ex to get my money back. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

Well the site says it is shipped from US.
However, I went to check my order and it is
shipped from China. This is troubling to me. I

I just pray that I actually receive the workbook
