This is a scam avoid
This is a scam. Goods not received. I bought 2 bubble puffs on 3 February 2026 and 2 months later 12 April 2026, I have only received one email saying its coming and then the goods never came and I have emailed them several times and they have not responded. I have since filed a complaint with the regulator ACCC in australia and hope they will deal with it. Please be safe and avoid this website!!

Bought the toy bubble cigarettes two months ago. Still hasn't arrived, I've sent several emails with no response. Save your money and the headache of going through your bank for a refund. Its a scam company.

3 Months & Nothing! Will Steal Your $$
purchased in January and have not received one bit of communication from them other than the order confirmation. when I contacted asking about the status of the order, they didn’t reply for over two weeks and didn’t give me a status update, but gave me a discount code in case I wanted to order again (why, so you can take my money and not give me anything, again?!)
update to my review: I see the explanation, but it’s super fishy that the trustpilot score is 2.2 when they only have 8- ONE Star Reviews

Scam, stay away
I placed an order on 24 January and even paid extra for expedited shipping. Since then, absolutely nothing has happened. The order has never been shipped, there are zero tracking updates, and the package appears to have never left their warehouse.
I contacted the company on 8 February asking for clarification. No reply at all. Complete silence.

I placed an order in February 2026 and have yet to receive the product. It’s now March, and I still haven’t received it. This company needs to be considered fraudulent.

It's a scam. I never received my products. And they were supposed to be a gifts too. Double the hurt.
They don't reply to e-mails either.
