I received my beautiful floating shelf handmade by Fall With Grace and it’s clear to see that the quality, care and effort that is put in to this product is amazing! I absolutely love it and it will be taking pride of place in my kitchen.

Received my shelf for my renovated downstairs loo..I was really excited to open the box when it arrived and was absolutely over the moon ..fabulous quality i requested a different measurement to go behind the toilet with the words "Please take a seat"

Purchased a tree swing as a leavers gift for my son's Forest School/Outdoor Nursery. Before placing the order, I wrote to the team to ask if there was any possibility of a super fast turnaround .. thinking it was impossible! But it wasn't! My messages were constantly met with friendly and positive responses, making me feel much less of a nuisance!

The swing arrived in perfect timing and all I can say is WOW - I was completely overwhelmed! The quality is just incredible, absolutely perfect. I had seen the products all over social media before but seeing a swing with my own eyes and holding it with my own hands was something else! You can feel the quality and see the work and love that goes into creating these pieces! I was so pleased to be able to give such a precious gift. And it was received with so much gratitude and everyone present complimented the swing!

I am over-the-moon happy with the maxi chopping board. It is a beautiful piece of wood which I can imagine will be in my family for years. I also purchased the wooden feet, to turn it into a centrepiece. I’m so happy with it.

Ordered after I found this small shop on Instagram.
Super accommodating to my requests (longer personalisation than what would usually be on the product). The carpenter even rang me before starting the product to double check the wording so ensure the product was perfect.. and it is. Also, had to change my delivery address and this was done swiftly and without fuss.
The actual product is so beautiful that I cried when I saw it. Its so clearly a high quality product with superb workmanship.
100% will be ordering again in the future, and would wholeheartedly recommend to everyone.

I ordered the picture shelf for my kitchen and it’s absolutely amazing! The quality is outstanding and my husband was surprised it came with all the fixings too (He also said it was easy and straightforward to put up) Everyone that has visited have commented on how lovely it is, it really gives the kitchen a bespoke feel at a fraction of the price! We couldn’t be any happier with it and I look forward to ordering personalised shelving for the boot room soon too. I couldn’t recommend the company enough.

I own a Christmas stand which is lovely. However when getting this out for the second year all the ink on the wording has run making the stand look very cheap. This was stored in a dry place so no it wasn’t stored incorrectly. I contacted them and they agreed to send out a replacement topper, however 5 months later I am still waiting for this. I’ve contacted them several times asking for tracking details but no reply. Seems they’re happy to take your money (and it’s not cheap)! But aftercare isn’t very good.

Received my shelf. Love it. Would have gave 5 stars but the condition it came in was not acceptable. Due to the delivery company . I now have a lovely shelf with a marked/ damaged end. Was a gift to me for a special birthday, they paid £75 for the shelf. Fall with grace have not dealt with it in a professional way.
Sorry katie think you may have got me mixed up with some one else’s order. Just looked back on emails, slow response with no offer of shipping label. First response was it will dry out. So my husband put it up on wall.
