Falmouth Studios Reviews 

We recently started working with Falmouth Studios as a new uniform supplier for our Facilities teams at Falmouth Exeter Plus.

From the outset, communication has been excellent. They took the time to understand exactly what we needed, reviewed our existing uniform range, suggested sensible alternatives and worked with us to standardise products across different teams.

They have also been very responsive when we’ve had questions around pricing, garment options, embroidery and ordering, and have shown a real willingness to work with us rather than simply supply products.

The level of service so far has been a huge improvement on what we had previously experienced, and the whole process has felt organised, straightforward and personal.

We are currently trialling them with our Penryn Cleaning team and, based on the service and communication so far, I’m very positive about continuing the relationship moving forward.

Would happily recommend Falmouth Studios to other organisations looking for a reliable and approachable uniform supplier.

Just had a load of kit made up for my business Dagger Detailing and I really couldn’t have asked for a better quality of service plus excellent customer service. I was really impressed by the ease of communication and how my ideas got reviewed back to me, which meant I got exactly what I want.

Quality of the kit and the print and embroidery was 2nd to none and I’ve used a few big company’s who’s service is shameful in comparison to the service provided by such a small and bespoke company .

A smooth and straightforward consultation and they totally nailed the design! Super professional, they checked in throughout to ensure I was happy with all the details, even down to the thread colour, I honestly couldn’t recommend them more for any of your printing or embroidering needs! I dont leave reviews but, it has to be said. As a salon, we get through alot of uniforms. I wanted a uniform that looked great but could be replcace once we had damaged them. The team was fantastic. They took my ideas and delivered in every way. I knew what I wanted and they was able to understand and see what I was hoping for. The start of a brilliant working relationship. Amazing quality and customer service; the team at Falmouth are a pleasure to work with. Super friendly, communicative and always happy to help. I made an order for a bunch of embroidered items and the quality is outstanding! And best of all, the turnaround time was super quick. Will definitely be ordering again :--)

Great communication throughout, Levi knew what I wanted and made sure I was perfectly happy with the design through lots of contact before applying the design to the top.
