Is there a score of zero?
I have bought about €500 of products from this brand over two purchases. From the Finnish online store. I live in Finland.
In the second purchase we bought two fitted sheets but they didn't fit. Which was strange because the size on the packet is correct.
We sent the products to the quality control department to question if maybe the wrong packaging was used. Out of good faith and just a request for the correct size to be sent to us. The package we sent to them was sent back to us with no explanation of any kind of why the products don't fit.
We now have two bed sheets that don't fit our bed and they have lost a customer forever.
The point in this I wonder?
What a terrible terrible customer service experience all round. You've lost us as a customer. Why? We like the brand. Did we do something to offend you? Are we in fact wrong and you can't be bothered letting us know.
Take a look around in the world and see what's going on, at least as a textile company you could be a little nicer.
What a bad taste you have left in our proverbial mouths. Horrible group.
