They don't call before arriving; if I order something at my workplace address they just come and leave it at the security without calling to announce, let alone ask for the pin of the package.

FAN Courier Brașov: unde coletele vin să se pensioneze, nu să fie livrate. Mulțumesc pentru noua 'viteză' de 3 zile; melcul meu e invidios pe eficiența voastră.

Probabil falimentul o să fie soluția îmbunătățirii serviciilor.

Cea mai slaba firma de curierat din Romania, si personalul call center din Timisoara este foarte arogant si lipsit de bun simt si empatie, nu respecta termenele de livrare , iar curieri nu te suna ca sa preiei comanda si iti vine direct sms ca a fost incercata livrarea si ca nu ai raspuns la telefon.

Probably the worst courier service in whole Europe. 10 different packages spanned around 4 months , not even one is received.

Nu manevrează marfa cum trebuie.Eu am primit un aspirator cu aprox 80%din partea care susține rotile sparta.Cutia parea intacta dar înăuntru materialul care susținea aspiratorul era rupt intr-un colt(scartaietorea).E clar ca pachetul a fost scăpat din mână sau trântit altfel nu se putea întâmpla asta.Am sunat la ei la dispecerat și mi-au spus ca nu se poate face nimic atâta timp când nu am sesizat problema în momentul în care am primit coletul???Adevărul e ca se făcuse deja ora 17 ,nu primisem nici un mesaj ca ar mai veni în ziua aceea și plecasem de acasa asa ca atunci când am primit tel de la curier m-am întors din drum și sub presiunea timpului(eram grăbită sa ajung în locul spre care ma duceam initial) nu am verificat complet produsul asa ca am rămas cu el defect.Ar trebui sa existe o mai mare responsabilitate din partea lor.

OMG, these are the worst on the market! Sent a parcel (mind you, there were notarized documents!), some moron cashier entered the wrong zip code and ended up in some god forsaken dump in ilfov county. Tried to call, emailed them w.zero results. The helpline clerks are certified idiots, never heard a decent explaination, not to mention they' ve done absolutely nothing useful in order to solve the issue they' ve created, trying to blame it on the sender instead!! Thinking of sueing their asses for the horrible experience! Total disgrace, screw this lamey joke for a parcel carrier business!

Cea mai prostă compania de curierat! Primesc e-mail-uri de 3 zile că azi va veni comanda, dar ce sa vezi, nu vine!
Am sunat curierul și a spus ca nu vine în zona doar pentru un singur colet, nu înțeleg, am plătit 17 lei pentru o expediere rapidă și am primit nimic.
Nu recomand!😡

The unprofessionalism regarding to this courier business has to be spoken about and made aware of to customers who are being served from this courier company and to those who are currently facilitating in this business. Objectively, it is inappropriate and extremely unprofessional to lie regarding to one's package first of all. My good friend was supposed to receive their parcel a couple of days ago, was given the number of a specific courier and was told directly on the phone on how they'll deliver it to my friend on the same specific day. However, once my friend made that call the courier lied to them and said how they did not have their parcel with them. Regardless of the amount of places a courier deliverer has to stop by, the main objective of your job is to deliver. If there are problems, it is your responsibility to communicate it to the customer and to not lie. The amount of places you have to deliver parcels to does not justify the lie that was made to my friend who is simply a customer.
To those who are working directly under at the warehouse, as a customer and because you guys are a business. As a business, you guys should rationally consider on providing appropriate hospitality and appropriate customer service. Being vague and dismissive will not get this business anywhere.
Regardless of what those reasons may be, they could've been communicated but to make a customer travel all the way to the warehouse and back because of the miscommunication and due to no communication being made, that is very disappointing.

Experiență foarte proastă cu FAN Courier.

Am trimis un colet internațional în Belgia care conținea acte foarte importante ale unei mașini (talon și alte documente). Termenul de livrare estimat era de aproximativ 10 zile, însă după mai mult de 20 de zile coletul nu a fost livrat și nici identificat.

Am contactat compania de mai multe ori și singurul răspuns primit a fost că „se discută cu partenerul de transport” și că situația nu este clară. Practic, nu am primit nicio explicație concretă și nicio soluție.

Este extrem de frustrant și îngrijorător ca o companie de curierat să piardă documente oficiale și să nu ofere transparență sau responsabilitate în rezolvarea problemei.

Din păcate, această experiență mi-a arătat că nu te poți baza pe FAN Courier pentru livrări importante.

FAN Courier am comandat o bicicleta copii si dupa ce timp de doua zile nu am reusit sa intru in posesia ei( curierul mintind rusinos ca nu am raspuns la telefon) , am gasit cutia Sparta si fara nicio piesa. Am Discutat pe loc cu soferul care nici macar o clipa nu a mentionat despre intocmirea vreunui prices verbal, ci doar despre posibilitatea de a va contacta telefonic, am fost indruma sa trimit un mail si sa primesc ca raspuns ca reclamatia mea este nula. 40 Ron dati degeaba, sunteti servicii de 2 lei. Nu vom finalizam aici, ci numai cand va asumati raspunderea, de buna credinta sau obligati de lege

I can't give any lower. The courier apparently works until 15:00. You can't come to an understanding with them even when you suggest to go after them. The headquarter is open until 17:00 from 19:00, so you have to sprint to the city after them. 100% I don't recommend them.

O stea este prea mult. Am trimis un pachet in România din Olanda cu track& trace și am observat că pachetul nu a fost livrat cu motivul că adresa era necorespunzătoare. Am scris un email specificând că adresa este corecta,am primit răspuns precum trebuie să plătesc o taxa pentru redirectionare. Am refuzat pentru că nu mi se pare corect ca să plătesc pentru incapacitatea lor. După care au chemat tatal meu cu amenințărea că dacă nu vine sa ridice coletul di Piatra Neamț in două zile il trimite la expeditor. Să vă fie rușine de așa component mizerabil.

The worst, most outdated courier. It's like try try to stay on trends, but they somehow always fail. They have copied same-day and got lockers for delivery, however, the parcels only stay 48 hours in the locker. When I have waited a month for a parcel, do you really think I will be available to pick it up in 48 hours? A lot could happen in a month. Also they don't mention that in the message sent with the confirmation. Status changed to returned to sender, I called the next minute and they told me there is nothing I can do to get the order. They're not even trying to help, not sure why they're called customer support, there is no suport whatsoever.
Even when they deliver to the address they always get it wrong. I only had this happening with Fancourier. I live in the suburbs, there is a street with the same name in the city and even tho I write the complete address, somehow they end up delivering in the city. Useless.

I didn't like that it declined and Amazon said that there was a mistake

Sunt neglijenți. Pachetul era ruptsi pe jumătate desfăcut. Aveam haine, au ajuns murdare din cauza neglijentei lor.
