So happy to have found this little nugget of fun! Love the honest rate - the price you see actually is the total ticket price you pay. I hate all the stupid fees. Too many times the ticket price more then doubles from all the bogus services charges. It is definitely in the scam category for bait & switch. Will continue to advocate for Fanimal!

A+! Great experience. The "advertised" ticket prices are a couple dollars higher on this app compared to others, but they are much cheaper once you consider all the fees. No BS. No extra fees. Our tickets were delivered straight to my email via Ticketmaster. Will definitely use again.

I'll be honest, I was hesitant to buy tickets from somewhere other than the "usual" ticket sales websites, but my experience with fanimal was great! So in the efforts of true transparency in reviews, I feel it prudent to portray the events that followed my initial review.

Literally, no less then half an hour after posting this, I was contacted by a rep from Fanimal. They profusely apologized for the inconvenience and misunderstanding, and explained what had happened. But in spite of it being one of those situations where most companies would take the route of “dude, your fault, deal with it”, they bent over backwards, to make it right.

It’s super shocking. Because these days, most places don’t own up to their mistakes. But these guys did. In a real, legit and honorable way.

I’m super grateful, and Fanimal can expect me to be a customer of theirs for years to come.
So we had a great time at the game, absolutely no doubt. And the process of receiving the tickets was easy, so on that end things were great.

But the entire experience was tainted right away, when we were directed to seats that were so far from what I had picked out when I purchased them.

In the screen that allows you to pick your seats, I had selected ones that were I. The middle section. Not the lower area by the glass, but certainly not all the way in the nose bleeds. I remember because I was so excited that I had managed to grab great seats for my girlfriend’s first hockey game. They were in the 300 level. But when we actually received the seat numbers on game day, I was very disappointed when I was directed to 5 rows down from the VERY LAST ROW AVAILABLE IN THE WHOLE ARENA.

I feel like I was misled, and don’t feel confidant about using this service again.
