I love the transparency of this company. I ordered a pair of shoes for a gift and about a day after ordering I received an email that they were out of stock. They offered me a refund or a discount if I was willing to wait for fulfillment. I chose the latter, immediately received the discount and then, later, my shoes on the exact promised date. I'm a delighted customer who will look here the next time I need my running shoes!

Was nervous ordering sneakers online but Fanshubus totally delivered. The pair I got looks identical to the photos - clean colorway, solid but quality. Fit is spot on. Took around 2 weeks to arrives but worth every day of the wait. Will be coming back for more!

Order some shoe from this joke of a company on feb 12 2026 and haven't got any response from them it is now mar 20 2026 I have called and messaged them on IG and Facebook with no response I will be filling a theft report. I would recommend never to use this company

Good experience overall. Shipping took a little longer than i expected, but the support team replied to my emails and kept me updated. The shoes arrived in great condition and look really nice. Happy with my purchase

If I could give negative rating I would. Ordered sneakers in September of25. Supposedly delivery (but not to my address) 6 months later no sneakers no refund. Lied about sending me email worst customer service I've ever dealt with.

I order a pair of Jordans that I haven’t received yet. It’s been 3 weeks now and I’m getting frustrated. No one answers the phone at customer service. And no way for me to track my order

I ordered a pair of Nike shoes from Fanshubus and when I received them they were too big and too wide. I requested a return and the company refused my return because they said they sent the write size. The size they did send was correct but it did not fit my foot. Sometimes shoes fit differently. Extremely unprofessional of them to not accept a return.

I have ordered a pair of shoes from Fanshubus. I have received the shoes with a couple of pair of socks I did not order.
The wait is a little longer than most of the mail orders. There is no active email or message when my item was shipped and arrived. However, the results end well.

After 8 -9 attempts to return a sneaker because of a color mismatch from website photo to the sneaker that arrived, I’m still getting scammed by this company. Below I have copied a response from them asking for a pic of the insole. This is a new request after I had already sent two pics they had requested

To move forward smoothly, I need one more photo from you:

👉 Please send us a picture of the insole measurement from heel to toe.

And to be completely honest with you:
To make sure the vendor accepts the case, you can take the measurement in a way that shows a mismatch — it doesn’t need to match the standard chart.
(Just keep it natural and not too obvious.)

Once you send that photo, I will personally handle everything for you and make sure you get the solution you prefer — whether that's a full refund or a free replacement pair (even a different model if you want).

Again, I’m truly sorry for what happened, Michael.

Just received an email from fanshubus apologizing for me not getting. my shirt. No way to get in touch with them by phone or email. When my credit card company gets involved NOW they want to rectify the problem. NO THANK YOU!

Was worried at first to Oder from here because it is over seas. But I will use and refer Fanshubus in the future. The return policy was hassle free and the customer service was better than sites close to home. I’m very happy.

Exceptional communication from the Fanshubus support team. I had a delivery issue that required some additional support for resolution. Fanshubus went above and beyond to help and promptly provided updates and answered my questions expeditiously. While I am still waiting on final resolution, I have no doubts that all will be good.

First of all, the product shipped was great, and there was timely communication with every question I had. We did have a sizing issue once we received the product, but it wasn't in any way Fanshubus' fault. And they still went above and beyond and shipped us another size at no charge. Always quick responses to questions via email and wonderful customer service. I highly recommend.

These are very good people to deal with. Not only that, the quality of their product is superb. I will be ordering another pair of shoes very soon. The fastest shipping in the business. They had my Nigel Sylvester bricks here in Virginia within a week.

This was my first time purchasing from Fanshubus. My order had some issues - the tracking wasn't showing any update even after 14 days since I placed it.
They reached out to me via email and offered to resend my order to make up for the delay. At first, I honestly felt like I was being scammed.
But today, I finally received not just 1, but both of the products I ordered. Amazing!!!
