This law firm charges for copying and pasting comments on their letterhead and charges over £300 plus VAT per hour for just typing my comments and sending them out, 6 hours will This job can be done within 1 hour. Disgraceful behaviour as this is overcharging for no real reason. Will not be using such firms that just lengthen your case to add value for themselves. A complaint will be raised with SRA, The Law Society leO , about their unethical behaviour and over charging practices. The firm lacks professionalism in their conduct as even their own complaints procedure favours their para-legals which are substandard.

Hi Sana - Hope you had a good week. I'm following up on our Croydon property transaction.

I understand form our solicitor that you have agreed to complete the property transaction today (15/Aug).

And, today my solicitor and the estate agent has been trying to reach you whole day to check when the funds will be transferred. My solicitor spent lot of time in getting the redemption statement from our lender so that she can redeem our mortgage today. However, It's 5pm now, and we are really concerned as my solicitor has not received any response from you so far and she has no clue as to whether you received the funds from your lender and what time you will transfer it to them and finish the transaction.

And, I just received an update from them saying they can't redeem our mortgage even if they receive the funds from you tonight as it is too late. And, the agent can't handover the keys to the buyer as they are closed at 5pm.

What's going on? Very poor communication and time management!
