Applying for a consumer proposal is not an easy place to be — it’s a vulnerable and often overwhelming experience. What made a difference for me was how I was treated throughout the process.
Yousef was patient, respectful, and incredibly knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything clearly, and I never felt rushed or judged. I actually learned a lot along the way, which helped ease some of the stress I was carrying.
