I have used Farebubble twice for booking flights. They have very reasonable prices and they have had good follow up and communication to make sure the booking is processed and confirmed.

I purchased tickets for Delta flights through Farebubble. Everything was fine, but when I had to make a change to my flight, I spoke to a representative in Delhi, India who could not help me. He told me to contact Delta. I did and they couldn't help, I had to go through the on line agency. Since they are on the other side of the world, I could not get through on a call ever again. I e-mailed them and called Delta back. Delta told me the ticket was booked through Fiji Airways!!! I called them, they couldn't help. I finally got a response by e-mail from Farebubble and though my issue was finally resolved. BUT they messed my reservation up COMPLETELY!!!! They did not cancel one of the travellers, they changed the date of departure for both people even though one of them was no longer traveling! Now I am on hold with Delta for the 5th time (waiting 40 minutes, this time) to see if I can get the original flight back! What a mess!!!

They have really low rates, and good customer support but it takes a few days before they process your request and send you a ticket and confirmation number.

Agreed this is a scam. Email bounced, no answer on phone. Watch your account carefully. I’m canceling my card because of them.
