They would not give me the tickets purchased unless I paid a large amount more or gave a 5-star review. It was quite literally blackmail. Do not work with this company or believe the high ratings. I went and took down my review after the tickets were in my possession. This is a scam.

I went to your site after checking prices at other sites. I checked available flights and purchased what I thought was a good deal.as soon as I finished my purchase you offered a better flight with no stops so I gave you a call and you helped me cancel the first flight and I booked the other flight and paid for what appeared to be a good deal. I later checked my email and it said "URGENT/CONTACT BOOKING and my ref #FCR1706724184. Of course I called and they said they would not honor the sale because it was non stop. I asked if they would still honor the first flight I booked and the agent said they could not. I asked if they had something similar available and the agent checked. Of course the only other flights he could offer were over twice the original price even after talking with his supervisor did he offer the insult of an additional $50.00 dollars off the inflated price.
The only good experience was with Max Cooper who was at least polite even after spending over 20 minutes with me and while I was on hold.

My Customer Service Rep Was Rose Marley. Things that make her stand out are; her clear voice, patience and professionalism. She was clear articulate, and very helpful.

UPDATE: Today is 7/5/23. All 4 flights went off without any issues. Whew. After all was totaled up I'm not sure if the little bit of savings was worth 2 months of stress and worry. I think I will stick with dealing directly with Delta for future flights.

Original post. Waiting on our upcoming trip but so very nervous based on the negative reviews. Delta airlines charged my credit card (ticket costs) and farecorner charged my card approximately $159. I assume that is the fee they get for booking these flights. I did "upgrade" to the main cabin for $49.99 per passenger which I feel is how they get their money. I have logged into my Delta account and see the tickets based on the confirmation number provided. I have called Delta airlines and verified the tickets. I check it every day. 41 days from departure. The stress is unbelievable not knowing if there will be a problem when it's time to check in or when it's time to return home. I will update this review when the trip is complete. Praying it goes smoothly but also have alerted my credit card company and Delta who I am dealing with. This trip is very important and I'm nervous that I went with a company that has so many reviews of people being scammed.

I sure wish Farecorner would respond publicly to this verifying I have nothing to worry about. Then others could see and not have to worry.

I hope that in reading this review you take warning before going through my experience. Maybe this company has one or two people that get through with their ‘low fares’. However, I booked with them and instead of getting a confirmation, I got and email indicating and increased prices. I was told that the flight had been overbooked and it was to secure my seats, and to make sure there was no problems at the airport. I requested that that be cancel. I again searched and found another flight that was convenient for me and again went ahead and booked it. When you book, you have to wait for them to send you the confirmation, I called from day 2 to day four. As I kept calling, I got the promise that I’d get the confirmation later that day. Then finally, on the 5th day, I was told that there’s already a booking for me. I said that’s not possible, unless your company didn’t cancel your booking. The representative was literally arguing with me telling me that there’s a booking in the system for me, and that’s the reason they can’t give me the second booking. I let him know that I’m not crazy, and that your company is the reason for the first booking being there. He still kept denying that it was, despite me giving the previous booking number, proving that it’s their company that I booked with. This company is a fraud, as mentioned, I’m happy for those that got through but you’re wasting your time. Especially if I’m you’re trying to book for anything reason of importance. You will ALWAYS get an initial email increasing the price that you originally booked. And if/when you declined you’ll be in my position, they will not give you a second booking because you’re not supporting the additional cost. Please be aware and leave this company alone.

Rose is very nice, I had good experiences with her. She missed my call but she called back shortly, and when I was not able to answer her call, she emailed me.

The price was right and farecorner was very responsive to all my questions!

I went to check in on delta and was inable to check in tonight called delta they said farecorner suspended my flight and I am unable to fly tomorrow on my flight so I had to purchase a new flight that costed 1200 dollars instead of 600 and I am out my 600 from farevorner they are scammers they sent a legit reservation from delta than suspended it do not use them

My experience was great I was able to speak to Ms. Rose from the support team she was able to walk me thru on locating my confirmation flight number and seating arrangement on the airplane. Rose was very kind and patient with me. Thank you Rose for all your help. 👍

This booking company helped me to find good flights on the dates and times that I needed them. Rose Marley was kind and equally patient as we worked through finalization of our trip purchase and the Farecorner fees.

My experience was 100% terrible. It was a helpless feeling when our Delta plane left Eppley Airfield without us aboard for our family reunion in San Antonio! We were distraught when the flight attendant said she couldn’t print boarding passes because our tickets had not been properly booked. Well I’m going to do something rather than just complain about it! You better get ready, Jimmy, because I’m going through legal counsel and you will be hearing from us soon! We’re not going to sit here and get scammed out of $3,000 dollars! This is as dishonest a company as I’ve ever dealt with!

Kind of confusing, however, it was not NEAR as bad as people made it out to be. Price was great for a one way last minute flight. Rose returned every call/email I sent to make sure it went through. Will use them on the way back.

I loved how they called to ensure that everything on my flight was ok.

SCAM! After you initially purchase the ticket you will receive a call that the offer is gone but can get a better upgrade. Then they suspend your ticket so you have to buy another ticket to return home. We had to pay $3600 to return home from AZ on March 20th! Don't fall for this!
