I wish I would have read all of the reviews first...
I purchased my ticket, and then had to cancel my trip... I was told I would get a credit for the ticket price and it would be good for one year....
Call them back 3 weeks later to use my credit, when I was told they were not able to book my new flight to call the airlines directly... Call the airlines and was told by them this company has been suspended from booking flights, and Faresclub would have to make the changes for my new flight, since they book the original flight.... Called Faresclub back, and was told by a very rude person (said he was the OWNER of the company), that there was nothing they/he can do as far as crediting or refunding my money. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.. TOTAL SCAM

I was almost stranded in Mexico because Ivan Moreno didn't confirm me for the flight home....still waiting on hold.. I have a dispute with the credit card company....avoid Ivan at all costs...he's either incompetent or a bold-faced liar!!!!

Pareciera copia y pega porque nos pasó exactamente como al resto, reservamos a un precio, luego llamaron que el precio subió, pero nunca recibimos la confirmación, cuando llamamos molestos después de dos dias sin poder comunicarnos pues se ofenden y nos dijeron que porque no compramos en otra agencia porque con ellos hay que esperar! Son unos ladrones, estafadores, lo único que quieren es tu información. Eran vuelos para mis padres que tuve que luego enviar a cancelar su tarjetea para evitar situaciones, quiera Dios!

Scam just like all the other reviews state. They call trying to say an expired promotional price was listed and ticket is actually 5 times more expensive. When I tried to cancel they quoted me another price cheaper and kept trying to haggle me. Finally sent me to his supervisor who then attempted to haggle as well and when told again to cancel my booking she said ok and hung up on me when i asked for an email confirmation of cancelation.

They advertise a low price, and then later call you and tell you that the airlines sold out of that price of seats. However, as I was talking to the agent, they were still advertising the low price on their website. The new price they were trying to sell me was over $800 higher than what I had originally bought. It is a very deceptive practice. I would not buy through them again.

Tengan cuidado con estos pillos, estan robando y luego no devuelven dinero, o quieren cobrar mas. Mucho cuidado, son estafadores.

Mucho ojo con esta estafa! Vi precios mucho más asequibles que en el resto de buscadores de vuelos, entré por Jet Cost que pensé que era confiable y me redireccionó a Fares Club, hice la reserva del pasaje por un precio y luego me llaman y envían mail diciendo que lamentablemente por temas de la aerolínea no está esa tarifa y que me ofrecen otra, después de haber puesto todos los datos!! Cero confiable y esto es una estafa porque lo hacen siempre!! Publican un precio, lo reservas con todos los datos y luego dicen que lo suben. Para denunciarlos!!

This company deserves no stars! They advertise a low rate, then call you the next day to tell you your flight is actually going to be more. They tell you that the seats were sold out at the price that they advertised for. Then I was talking to them, and the lady hung up on me. I do not recommend this company!!!

bait and switch site bad after sales service. Would never use them for anything.

I wish I would have read all of the reviews. Tital bait and switch like all the rest of the reviews. Just an absolute disappointment. I can't believe they can still be able to be a so called business.

Es una estafa. It is scam.
Compre mi vuelo y la aereo linea no lo reconoce. Ellos dicen que lo compran pero no es cierto.
No contestan las llamadas.

Hacen ofertas engañosas, luego que das los datos de la tarjeta y te dan el num de reserva dicen que el precio ya no está disponible

Wow, i can't believe i didn't read these reviews before i have all my information up!! The same thing as everybody else, i received a booking confirmation only to get a call back to tell me the promo was over!! I said that's false advertisement! How can these ppl get away with this?? They are most likely based in India and now our credit cards are probably going to be hacked!! He called me a racists because i said they we're thieves and give Indian ppl a bad name. I'm going to file a complaint with the BBB and find out how to sue them for false advertisement.

First I buy a ticket at a low price, then 2 days later I get a call that the airline ticket at the quoted low price is fully booked, then the current price is 3 times the price what I paid (my credit card was not charged, that's what the customer service said, I need to verity that). THIS IS TOTAL SCAM, ITS A BAIT & SWITCH SCAM. How is this legal? The authorities need to be reported

If I could give this a zero I would. I purchased 2 tickets and then received a message that they would be 4 times the price. FOUR times!! Absolute scam.

Later call you and say sorry that is sold
Out . But new price is triple . My was $300 the day thought I booked it . Then next get email and call saying sorry sold out new price $916. SCAM !!!! BBB. Ned

I have had precisely the same experience as everyone else.
Being promised a significantly lower price, only to receive a call a day later saying that "the booking is unconfirmed and there is a change of price."

I have no idea how this is legal.

I booked 2 flights from SDQ- DFW 2 mins later got an email with 1000 added to the price. REALLY!! Im filing a complaint. This cant be legal.

Total scam. Lure you in with an incredibly low price, promptly followed with a call saying “the airline hasn’t guaranteed the price “ but for another $500 you can make this reservation. Fraud. See Better Business Bureau complaints online.
