Ordered several jeans from Blain's. They didn't come all at once. Ordered the full blue jeans. Wore them 3 times and washed them2 times. When I wore them again, 2 pairs ripped wide open next to the right rear pocket. Not even at a seam. Very thin and cheap. And I didn't wash them on a rock.

I worked with Ole at tire desk. Very polite and knowledgeable. I bought a set of 4 tired and arranged for installation. I wish I met more people as good with customer service

Horrible company to do business with. I ordered 2 cases of hot wheels exact number I received 144 hot wheels dumped in box all bent up hooks torn replaced with plastic hangers and 6-8 of same car they sent there rejects I’m so pissed and blown away first and last order ever placed then call number for issues and they tell you to send email and someone will reply through email really WTF

Ordered 2 small gift items Saturday, Dec. 27th to one home address, I figured they would ship from Wisconsin to Northern Ohio within a few days, I was wrong. After 3 business days (Dec 31st), I called for a status, I was advised they didn't know why the order had not shipped yet and would review. A few days later, I received an email that 1 item was not available and the other item was shipped January 2nd and received January 6th, with USPS doing the best for this order. Based on this experience I probably would not order from BFF again.

I've ordered from this store 4 times now. 1st purchase went smoothly. The 2nd purchase was returned to the store damaged- no one notified me. 3rd purchase was returned to store damaged- no one notified me. I called multiple times and I was told someone from "corporate" would call me back. No calls. At all. I was able to reorder the 2nd/3rd order using their chat feature. 4th time I ordered, I called their customer service # and I had to give my credit card over the phone. Within 30 minutes of giving the card number, I was notified my credit card had been compromised. This company was the only place I had given the card# to. I was supposed to have gotten a refund for order#3 ... 2 weeks later- still no refund. I had to call again to see where my refund was. I was told there was no payment information on file to refund it to. It's just been one thing after another. I will never order another thing from this business. Watch your card#'s!

I work for a major corporation. We are in 26 states. I purchase batteries for our vehicles from farm and Fleet with 7 year warranty, 3 year for replacement. I brought in 2 batteries, 6 months old, and they refused manufacture warranty. Kick me out of the store.\nOak Creek store in Wisconsin.\nNick is the manager and Ben is the other manager.Watch out for the hostile employees. My first and last online order from this company. I ordered Chic comfort leggings for a gift but what I received was Chic plus leggings. From the reviews I have read here I do not want to hassle with their customer service and pay my own return shipping. I will eat the cost and donate them to the Salvation Army. I also ordered 2 dog toys to qualify for a lower shipping fee and received a notice these were unable to be fulfilled. It also seems from these reviews they have a problem with not having inventory. There is a reason most of the reviews here are 1 star. I will not be buying online from Blain's again!

Placed a order for a Milwaukee drill set and a Milwaukee driver bit set. Then I receive an email that the bit set was canceled. Then an email saying the bit set was on it's way. Then an email saying the drill set was canceled. When I went to the website it says the drill set is still available and for sale. The price was to good to believe so I should have known. Just pulling a bait and switch. Don't buy here!

Hi I went to Blain farm and Fleet In Decatur Illinois, I advised no one to go there because they’re prejudice. I will never be returning to this store again. I won’t even shop here cause every time I go in that place I feel a vibe that people are looking at me because of my color of my skin I don’t know what’s up with people nowadays, but I will not be shopping there. Ordered two new tank caps for my humidifier tanks. The package would be about the size of a breakfast muffin. They say the package shipped on the 8th. According to USPS it didn't ship until four days later, I could drive to the store in Illinois in 5 hours from Indianapolis but it's going to take 11 days for Blain's to get it to me with me paying $9.00 in shipping

I setup a reward account and wasted a lot of time ordering some Christmas items only to find out, they 'process' every order through a 'mysterious ' security company. If they can't verify every detail like email, phone #, or shipping address then they just cancel your order. JUST TELL ME YOU WON'T SHIP TO ME before I waste all the time ans effort to get nothing. Worthless is a 10 & Value a 0.

The specifications stated a quantity. The store would not honor the price per quantity. Was directed to management at corporate. They politely told me they would not honor the website specifications.

The Rustic Pantry® products I've tried thus far have been unusually fresh-tasting, akin to home-canned foods. I could very easily become addicted.
And the prices are reasonable – what you would expect in today's economy.
The one thing bothering me that I believe needs a slight remediation, is the number of separate shipments. It's fine to divide large orders into two or three so that they are lighter, but I think I received six! Which explains the reason for the high S&H charge.
Overall, I will certainly order again.

The high S&H charge must only apply to the initial order, as the subsequent one is very reasonable for orders over $49.

I'm in Texas... so I'd never heard of Blains Farm & Fleet.

Being wary of scam sites where the fine print says you're ordering options or something, I looked at some online reviews.. And although the reviews seem not-so-great.. It definitely answered they were a real company delivering real product.

So.. just want to say... That I didn't need customer service (and for what I spent... unlikely I would have pursued it anyway.) Items (10-20 lbs of various dried fruit and nuts that around here are more expensive...) all arrive per the order.

And since I didn't read this in any of the reviews, I thought I'd loop back around and say... If you think you'll need customer service... I can't speak to that, but Blains delivered to TX in <2 days. (there's another half of the order still on the way... (the hardware.

The pickles were leaking a bit, but that's 100% down to the shipper, not Blains. These pickles were packed in 6-7 inch thick bubble wrap... and they didn't leak much... just filled the box with the smell. and the inner layers of bubble wrap were damp. I was like... I didn't order a basketball?

Blain’s Farm and FLEECE! They advertise constant “savings” on items that they never have in stock. Move on!

Terrible online ordering return policy. My fault for not checking carefully but I’ll never be back. There are no exchanges, you return the item(s) at your cost and then just create a new order if you dare to try again.

We were really pleased with the service from Breana at Customer Service desk - competence in finding what we needed.
