Great customer service ( IMO one of the most important functions in any business) seamless on line purchasing and DIFOT performance. First time customer will be back.

I love the opportunity to (Afterpay) boutique favourites, and the specials on fresh produce often beat or match supermarket prices. Thank you for creative substitutes, and awesome delivery service - every time!

Despite all the products being available to purchase online, at a cost of $15 delivery, when my delivery arrived it was missing one of the four products :-( I emailed to ask where it was and was told it hadn't been available and wouldn't be charged for it. However, the person found out that it was available in the nearest store to me so I ended up driving there to buy it... the service could do with some improvements.

The 3 bottles of seltzer were all leaking. Not impressed at all

Order due by 6pm Tues, arrived 7.30am Wed. The ice pack was melted but Farro assured me, and these are direct quotes, “ this does not necessarily mean the chilled products were outside safe temperature ranges” and “the products should still be safe to consume.” I wasn’t reassured by this and believe this was poor customer service both for the actual delivery which cost me $20 and for Farro’s response.

The family meals purchased online are high quality, the courier service is excellent, as is the communication around delivery

The dish was delivered as requested. I can trust Farro to deliver promised .

Was great to be able to send friends a couple of meals and some treats when they needed it and I was out of the country. Thanks for making it so easy and so reasonably priced!

I shop online for pre-cooked meals and some specialty products. Also I always buy their sourdough bread to stock the freezer. I like I can get fresh vegetables and seafood. A great experience overall as they have a great selection of goods.

The online ordering system is easy to navigate. The post order communication is great. The courier sent me a text when the box was delivered with a photo of it in our box. When I thanked him he said ‘You’re welcome’ I love the friendly helpful service from beginning to end and the food is excellent.
