Paul and his crew replaced the blinds for us shortly after we moved into new business premises just before Covid. I was very happy with with both the pre-sales communication and the craftsmanship. The blinds look great, have worked well and are hard to break. But eventually, after 5 years they started causing problems - that's not a complaint - these blinds are used a lot (it is a school) and often by people who do not know (or don't care to know) how to adjust them. So some damage at some point in time was inevitable. I contacted Fashion Blinds and was offered a simple and inexpensive repair service - all I had to do was to drop the rails off at the factory in Ballyfermot and collect them, fixed, a few days later.
Because they have been in business for so long they know how to repair blinds and they have the parts. And they are willing to offer the repair service unlike many other companies these days. This is what really makes a difference.

Glad I’m not the only who has problem with this company the customer service is shocking the phone got hung on me this morning by a femine man’s voice didn’t catch his name came out to measure two weeks and has left me ringing and ringing to come for my blinds

Horrible experience! For a newly potential customer, just entered the showroom and the rudest sales person, very rude man, couldn’t care and I mean gave absolutely no customer support/ customer experience! fashion blinds, please see to it that you deal with your “staff” accordingly and provide a thorough customer service

Electric blind fell off velux window. Electric not cheap. Fashion blinds used to have a sign with 5 year warranty on blinds then informed - electric velux is 12 months. Waiting to hear from whoever supplied them. Last correspondence may 10th. Really frustrating as got them to put blinds on all the windows of my house so not just a one off blind. Also noticed they deleted my comment on instagram- looking forward to updates

I ordered 2 roller blinds for big picture window with join on the middle.

When I looked after fitting I wasn’t happy with the join as it was uneven, after the fitter spent a few minute trying be bend the cassette I wasn’t happy as still uneven, he then produced a joint that should have been in the middle, but the space was tight and it didn’t fit, rather than fixing appropriate he was going to leave it with an uneven join. I find this very unsatisfactory only I pushed for it to be straightened it would have been left!

Also the wall hanger for the blind rope is very big and ugly with a big metal screw, unfortunately I don’t check before fitting what this would be.

Finally the stitching and quality of the bind is not great, overall would not recommend this company.

Complete rubbish. Very bad company and the owner Moshe Bodner is a con artist. They offer poor quality products and very bad customer service. They do not reply to emails or calls. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. Do NOT use them. They are a waste of time.

If I can only choose 0 I will choose 0. Don't ever buy here so cheap material, and blinds are not working, wands are easily pulled. Tilt mechanism is rough!
Not working. It feels that this blinds didn't even pass quality control. I would love to attach more videos and pics! And to add, I ordered 28th of May and it arrived 12th of June with broken and not working blinds. So terrible! They claimed to be with over 40 years of experience in making quality window blinds but then they are not! Poor quality! I wish I can take my money back! Don't ever order here! And customer service is worst as well!

I suggestion to you as a previous customer is don't choose Fashion Blinder as your blinder supplier.

We bought our blinders from them and out all 6 blinders had a measure issue that caused them to be all smaller sizes.
As I surfer from migraine I request for a solution to fix at least our main bedroom and after many email and phone calls with no propose solution, I decide to just by a replacement elsewhere.
Price is not everything, quality is! Customer service is equally important.

Excellent service, very pleased with new blinds.

First time ordering a blind from fashion blinds....followed the measurement instructions as per the website.....Estimated delivery time was 7 to 10 days but I received my blind in less than 7 days...excellent quality blind...easy to fit....This blind was just a test to see if I would order more from this company and I definitely will be in the coming few days....highly recommend

Got a quote for 6blinds from a company 800euro free fitting
what a joke went online found fashion blinds put in my measurements what a difference for same blinds. Less than half the price i was quoted from a company very easy to fit yourself definitely recommend buying from fashion blinds made and delivered prompty good quality

I've previously purchased from UK suppliers "Blinds4Less" and while they were on a comparative price; thought to give Fashion Blinds a go. And best avoid the possibility of additional customs charges. Turnaround was good and finish on the blades and pull strings good. Essential moving and fixture parts not so. The tilt mechanism was rough
Quality of the blinds themselves we’ve had no issue with.
We reported two concerns;
1) The tilt mechanism is rough, does not rotate smoothly; does not give one a sense of security. This one was ignored...
2) Please note the attached pictures of the mounting clasps. There is a serious deficiency in the right hand mounting clasps on all fittings.
On several occasions during the fitting process blinds came away from the ill fitting securing device.
Despite showing evidence of the defect the response was "I have shown the images to the production team. They are of the opinion that the clasp will shut securely on them and they will be okay"
Well now: if that's not an own goal don't what is. We now regret not having gone to Blinds4Less even with the additional charges
