SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!!! Stay away! they will promise you a job but when your "probation" period is done, this so called company is dust in the wind. You will never reach them and they will block you. You will never get paid. Spend hours on the phone trying to reach someone. If you take your so called "probation" period, keep the packages sent to you. You will never see a dime from them, nor reach them. GOOD LUCK.

This job is a scam. They told me the first 30 days was a tryout/training for a full-time position with the company at the end of the 30 days you receive your pay and let you know if you got the job. During the 30 days I received packages open them up put a new new address on them took them to FedEx and they shipped them off the thing that made me believe it was not a scam at first is because they didn’t ask me for any of my financial information when the 30 days were up they said that it would take up to 10 days to receive my check, I waited 10 no check called. They said it could take up to 14 days and if not received by then they would cut another one so of course I didn’t receive the first check. They sent another one and I still didn’t receive that. when I googled them now there’s a Better Business Bureau report for them for this scam. You’re going to work & they’re not gonna pay you. Now the oh so responsive team has ghosted me. Also the scam was reported in February 2026. So all these reviews below me claiming they work there and are so great. Ya those are the scammers making them.

Been with Faslix for a while now and they're super responsive and helpful, especially with Amazon stuff, shipping plans, advice, all the logistics questions. My account manager communicates fast, friendly and clearly. I recommend them all the time. Wouldn't hesitate.

Freight and Storage Innovations Inc has been incredibly flexible, responsive and helpful from day one. The Shopify integration is seamless and we're honestly shocked at how fast our ecommerce runs when inventory is in stock. Plus their shipping prices are competitive. I researched for weeks before choosing a fulfillment company. Read so many reviews, saw some absolute horror stories. Decided I'd rather pay a bit more for reliability and great service than gamble on cheap. Extremely satisfied with Faslix. Messages get answered fast, no stress, no drama. Items go out quickly. Used Freight and Storage Innovations Inc for warehousing and shipping to Amazon, Walmart.com, plus some direct customer orders. Their systems work well. Customer service reps are fast and professional. We had them do polybagging and turnaround was quick, nothing dragged. The downsides not the cheapest option out there. There's a $200 monthly software fee. But quality costs more, I understand that. We did have a couple of shipments where case labels got put on wrong boxes, so Amazon received inventory under the wrong listing. Hopefully they tighten that up, it's really the only issue we've had.

The Faslix's team is honestly a key reason my business succeeds. They perfected my shop integration, suggested smarter packaging solutions and jump on any carrier or customer issues the second I bring them up. They've been incredibly helpful explaining logistics and walking me through their systems when I'm confused. The platform runs automatically, but there's always a real person when I need help. I value them as a true partner in my business. Can't recommend them enough.

Started using Faslix recently for storage and fulfillment and everything has been excellent so far. What stands out is their customer-first approach, having an onsite rep means issues get handled immediately. Their management is hands-on in the best way. They're involved in daily operations, which creates this genuine partnership feeling. They actually want our input on optimizing processes, so we've been able to collaborate and streamline things together. Fast turnaround on special projects like kitting has been a huge plus too. What really sets Faslix apart from bigger names is they don't vanish after you sign the contract. Erik sold us on the benefits and has been totally true to his word. Our rep Kaylee has been great. This feels like a real partnership, not just a vendor relationship.

Trying to reach a live person at Freight and Storage Innovations Inc nearly drove me insane. I called during normal business hours, multiple times, and just kept hitting voicemail loops. I was about ready to give up entirely. Then I finally got through and everything changed. Melody, the manager I spoke with, was fantastic. Knowledgeable, genuinely dedicated to helping me, went way beyond what I expected. Made me feel like my business actually mattered. Beyond the phone nightmare, their warehousing and logistics have been great. Storage facilities are organized and secure, I don't worry about my goods. The logistics team is efficient and reliable, shipments arrive on time in perfect condition every time. If they can just fix the communication accessibility issue, they'd be exceptional across the board. Right now it's like having a brilliant team hidden behind an impossible maze.

Five months in with Faslix and it's been great. This is our third fulfillment company and the first time we've had a dedicated account manager actually in the warehouse. That makes such a difference. Jared and his team do solid work.

We've used Freight and Storage Innovations for about 10 crowdfunding projects now, most with 1000+ backers. The care they put into each project is obvious. If there's ever a problem, which is rare, they contact me immediately so we can figure it out together. Feels like a real partnership.
