Would never use this site again!
Lack of detail relating to the size formula they use - clearly Asian as I ordered a small which was extremely to small - should have been Large.
Address on website is a Netherlands address, however a Google search of this address returns a building company. The item was not cheap, in took nearly a month to arrive and when contacting customer service was told return cost was at my expense, it had to be received within 30 days of purchase and no guarantee of a credit

The cashmere sweater is unbelievably soft! Shipping took about 6 business days, which is on the later end of their 3-6 day estimate. It was absolutely worth the wait, though, because the quality is amazing.

Delivery was prompt and service was good.

I encourage you to look at reviews for “Fasoni.uk” as during the course of my dispute, they renamed to “Fasonie.com”. Reviews on Fasoni.uk paint a very different and negative picture with many reports of scammy and fraudulent behaviour.
