Similar to all of the other comments here: unsolicited text messages and they won't stop sending them. I've asked for their location and a phone number and THEN the messaging stopped. Obviously a predatory scam company. Steer clear

Unsolicited text spamming.

They constantly spam line of credit and business funding options but don't actually include an opt out link in their message. That's a violation of the CAN-SPAM act and TCPA, by the way.

Never, EVER do business with cold callers/texters, and never do business with people that refuse to honor opt out requests (you can reply "stop" and it says they unsubscribe, but they actually don't.)

These are the worst kinds of people and the slimiest/scammiest businesses out there. Beware.

Have been getting unsolicited texts for months. Everytime I hit block and spam they text with a new number. They even use the wrong name. Why would anyone do business with someone who contacts you wanting info unsolicited.

Awful texting from different numbers trying to get business. When I replied with STOP they just sent more texts from different numbers.

Do not give these people your Contact. They will not take no for an answer and keep harassing me even though I have told no less than 12 of their reps to close my file and stop contacting me. THEY WILL NEVER LEAVE YOU ALONE

These guys are scammers!! Do NOT trust!!

They texted me in the middle of the night, without consent, and without valid opt-out language. They clearly have no care in the world about the TCPA.

Edit: They've since changed their name on Trustpilot to try to obscure their real identity, and they challenged this review. If they stopped spamming, they wouldn't have a poor rating! Crazy.

If they violate the TCPA you probably shouldn't trust them with your finances.

I would strongly advise caution when dealing with Fast Capital Advance (FCA). This company reached out to me via unsolicited text messages (from 714-908-9659) promising business funding.

When I performed basic due diligence and asked for their official business address to verify their legitimacy before submitting sensitive financial documents, the representative ("Brian Miller") was incredibly evasive. At one point, they actually claimed they "don't give out" their address because they are in a building in NYC—a ridiculous statement for any legitimate financial institution.

Even after repeatedly asking for an address, they ignored the request multiple times, continuing to push a Jotform link for an application. When they finally provided an address (55 West 47th St), it felt like pulling teeth.

Between the unsolicited "cold" texting, the lack of transparency, and the aggressive, borderline rude persistence to get my data without providing theirs, this has all the hallmarks of a predatory operation or a scam. Do not send this company your financials.

They contacted me via text. They said they are in house lenders and do not share your info as a broker would. Their terms in their website explicitly say they will. I asked for their EIN and business address. No response. What they are telling me and what they are doing aren't lining up.

Was starigh to the point and got me exactly what i was looking for, i needed 500k on monthly payments and it was done within the day i submitted the application

Multiple people from the company have messaged me, Erica, Jessica and Nikki, none of them have read the previous messages, they have all laughed at me which is very unprofessional. After stating that I’m not interested in doing business with them they continue to contact me and laugh. Everything about this company is very unprofessional.

Sal got me the best deal. I was getting a lot of calls and promises of monthly payments, but Sal simply texted me, got right to the point, and got it done.
