It's faster and secure

There is a reason this is called "FastComments"! Support was outstanding, deployment is a breeze even if you have zero knowledge of coding (you still need to be able to copy and paste), and the reaction time of the platform is incredible. Truly a "live" experience, especially for projects involving audience reactions in real-time.

In its settings, you have pretty much all the controls you will ever need, branding and customization is flawless..this is a very well designed and maintained Saas with incredible potential for all sorts of applications, from Blogging to Live Events and more.

I have only just installed this chat box onto my webite.I have a live streaming page that viewers like to watch in full screen mode. What I like so far is to to able to chat via the website using a seperate device ( ipad). I am still in test mode but feel confident about this way of comunicating. I can keep the group private. I get notifications and can respond via email to requests.

Like their name says, they are the fastest loading comment system I've seen that isn't self-hosted. I used disqus until I found out they were tracking users, then I switched to hyvor, but it started getting slow and extremely pricey (like US$40 a month) when my site traffic crossed 100k monthly page loads. I initially switched to FastComments for their more reasonable pricing but ended up extremely impressed by it.

First, their customer service is amazing. I asked for help with migrating from hyvor and Devon helped me with the entire importing process, including building additional functionalities into FastComments to import Page Reactions.

Second, the comment widget is highly customizable with a combination of css and javascript. I could control the font and spacing of the elements with some simple css, and implement javascript to switch between day/night modes along with the rest of the webpage.

Most importantly, is the speed. I have a static website, so it loads extremely quickly, and it was always the loading of the third-party comment section that bogged it down. With FastComments, I no longer have visitors complaining that the comments don't load because they're on a 25kbps internet connection.

Overall, I am very happy with my decision to choose FastComments for my site and highly recommend it.

it’s an amazing tool at incredible prices. i found a bug or two but for the price of 1 dollar a month and for the features it offers, i love it. one of the best services at good rates out there. and it doesn’t sell your data.

Love it! If your project is worth anything to you, it feels worth the low cost and quick startup time for this service over it's "free" competitors.

What I liked:

1.The interface is clean and easy to navigate, making comment management straightforward.
2.Fast loading times, even with heavy traffic.
3.The moderation tools are robust, helping maintain a healthy community.

I'm amazed at what this tool does. Not only can I overview the comments on three different sites in the same place (for a super low monthly fee), but I just migrated my blog to a different domain and they helped me migrate all the comments to the new domain! Extremely recommended. I'm impressed.

Wonderful, timely, and excellent support with a real human. The widget is easy to install, and when I needed help with customizing it to match my brand on my website (membership page), Devin was wonderful. Highly recommend FastComments.

Love this plugin and love the support.
What I love most about this plugin is that it doesn't remove wordpress comments (unlike other plugins that disconnect you from wordpress completely). This plugin works with the actual same wordpress comments, it just makes them fast, interactive, and with a great styling. The support, special mention to Devon, helped me with everything I needed, they were attentive and overall amazing to deal with. They helped me with customisation and they were able to get this plugin to show on Learndash lessons, so if you have Learndash it now integrates beautifully with the platform. Thank you very much team! ☺️

Early days but what I see so far, I like.

I ran into some trouble tweaking the comments style and functionality of the Fastcomments widget on my WordPress site. I decided to contact the Fastcomments support team for help.

Devon, the service rep who assisted me, was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. He quickly got back to me and collaborated closely to get the comments section looking just right.
