They have stolen money from my card after cancelling a subscription I was tricked into making.

Misleading and starts charging almost €50 a month. Very hard to unsubscribe.

Update: they have returned 47.90eu. I bought a service for 0.50eu, the next day they charged 47.90eu for "subsription".

I also paid €0.50 & didn't receive my file. I messaged them to ask what to do & they told me to do it again!!! 🤣
I hadn't noticed they were going to charge €47 a month - even though I was looking - so they then took my money. I asked them to refund the money but I've heard nothing so far. I fear it's a scam & I've been had.

I paid the 0.50€ one-time conversion rate and nothing happened. I did not get the converted document. Now I probably need to unsubscribe not to be charged the higher monthly amount. It is a scam.

It uses harmful and predatory billing tactics. It requires 0.50€ for a gif conversion then bills 50€ out of nowhere!!!

Once you used this service for 0,50€ they charge you monthly 47,90€ until you notice it and unsubscribe. 47,90 for nothing. How would you call this?

controllate spesso gli addebiti nelle prepagate, purtroppo mi hanno addebitato 2 volte € 47 senza il mio consenso, che delusione, l'unica cosa è fare la disdetta sul sito. Mi rimborseranno? Non credo.

so how it works and how to stop month paying...they charge 0,50€ for the first file conversion, that´s OK, but after you pay it, they create account for you (without asking you if you want it) and set charged for 48€/month. They send you email, with temporary password, about created account. If you don´t want pay 48€/month they give you 24h for unsubscribe from paying. If you don´t usubscribe after 24hour, they take it that you agree with month paying. So you need to login in to your account on "fastconv.io" and unsubscribe payment. This is how to stop month paying for nothing.... worst on this web is that, notice about month payment is written soooo small that it´s easy to not notice it...

This is an absolute scam service. They charge 0,50€ for the first 24h, after that you are being charged for 48€/month. You are not getting any confirmation email after signup, they just deduct the money.

Det är SCAM. Du tror du köper en konvertering för .5 Euro. Men du köper en prenumeration för 50 Euro utan att veta det.
