Gave this company a 5 star rating last year when their service was perfect. Hit a problem this time but have to say that the way they dealt with matter was exemplary. The issue was immediately and thoroughly investigated with a speedy resolution that I was more than satisfied with. Human error sometimes happens, just good to come across a company that deals with, what is no doubt a rare blip, in such an honest and professional way. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend FastPark and will definitely be using them again next time.

I have now used FastPark twice and each time they have provided excellent service and a very reasonable cost,. They are very friendly and responsive. Highly recommend

I've been using them 10+ years and every time it's same flawless drop off and collection. I get nice texts confirming, wishing me a good flight etc, but most importantly they are there on time at drop off and collection. Genius. Thanks guys

Can't fault this company at all. On arrival the man was there waiting for the 2 cars that we booked in. Easy to find. On pop up we had just landed and the company was ringing to check if we had just landed and told me to ring as we get our bags. Rang as we got our bags and the drop off location was the same for the pick up location so was nice and easy to find straight out of arrivals. The man was there with the 2 cars ready and waiting. They also cleaned our cars because he said it was covered in leaves which we thought was very kind of them.

I have used meet and greet services regularly at a range of airports and can honestly say that FastPark Heathrow was the best experience. Friendly and efficient throughout with excellent communications, they handled our early flight arrival very well and certainly made the whole experience far less stressful than it can often be. A big thank you to an excellent provider.

There are so many parking services for Heathrow that it’s very difficult to know which company is reliable. First time travelling with a baby so we couldn’t just get a taxi. It’s the first time using FastPark and the experience was very positive. Both drop off and collection were easy and on time, and the car was returned in perfect condition. We will definitely use FastPark again as it’s so much cheaper than the Heathrow parking options.

Great on drop off but we’ve now been waiting at the pick up point for over 30 minutes for pick up and no sign of them yet - really disappointing given they had flight details and we called as soon as we had baggage as instructed

Frankly the best valet parking service I have used (I've tried a number at all London airports). Rang to confirm the time I would be dropping off car and was there ready when I arrived. Called to welcome me back on my return and asked I call again as soon as picked up all my luggage and was ready to meet me with my car 2 minutes after I arrived at the designated collection point. I will definitely use them again.

I returned to my car to find that FastPark had left it parked with the handbrake off and in first gear. It's only by luck that it did not roll and suffer damage or even cause injury. When I complained, they offered only a 20% refund, which I thought was very tight-fisted considering that they failed in their very basic duty of parking the car safely.

We’ve used FastPark 3 times In the last two months and they’ve been consistently professional, reliable and polite.
The most recent time we realised we had a slow puncture on the way to the airport. They had no problem with taking the car and even pumped it up for us when we returned.
Couldn’t recommend them highly enough.

Excellent service, professional and competitive price. It was quite easy to book online, contact the service provider directly (no intermediaries), very friendly and prompt drop off and pick up at LHR airport. Highly recommended direct meet and greet service by provider.

Fantastic service. We have used FastPark several times and wouldn’t consider using anyone else for our parking needs at LHR. Communication is excellent and all of the staff are polite and friendly. Within minutes of landing we receive a call welcoming us home. Once we have collected our luggage and get to the meeting place our car arrives promptly. We can’t recommend them enough.

I have used FastPark Heathrow twice in the past few months. The service is flawless.
Extremely polite, very communicative, fast and efficient.
Both drop-off and collection of car are done in under 5 minutes.
I cant fault them.

Going out to Barbados and coming back absolutely faultless ,
Good communication, answered the phone straight away , very easy to deal with , December 2 to December 11 .

I have used this company about 5 or 6 times now and each time the service has been perfect. They are there to take the car from me at Heathrow and there when I arrive back. I have not had to wait in a cold and windy carpark for someone to turn up. They proactively call me when I am on the way and proactively call me when I have landed. The last time I used them, I had done duplicate bookings which was completely unaware of as had booked so far in advance that had forgotten. Fast Park emailed me to check and proactively gave a refund with no hassle. Super polite and friendly people - no hesitation in recommending them.
