Fast, extremely responsive, cheap
I needed one screw I could not find worldwide (used in very specific situations). Tony Hu was my contact person. The price was great. What has been exceptional was however the fast responsiveness of Tony within few hours for each correction of request and in communicating the different steps.
Furthermore, they were extremely fast in producing and shipping the object (five working days from submission to deliver to Germany).
Finally, there were small problems with customs and they supported immediately and he was apologetic. In case of issues, they do not leave you alone.
For a pretty cheap object, I was amazed

My entire customer experience with FastPreci was excellent! Support in the process of ordering was very obliging, pricing was good, and the parts were fine. I must emphasize that I ordered ISO 2768-1 m, but tolerances were much better than that.
