Not a fan. I bought a 1tb hard drive replacement from them, and after waiting for a week with no updates I called their support number three times with no response. I finally got a text response saying the shipment was lost and they were sending a replacement. A week goes by with no update, I called a couple more times with no response, then I finally got a text back saying that they were out of the 1tb drives they promised, then they tried to talk me down to being content with a 750gb drive. I said no, just cancel my order and give me a refund. They tried to win me back by saying they could compensate me for the difference in price and they might be able to bump me up the line for 1tb drives, I said no again. Awful customer service, as I had to reach out to them just to be told my order wasn’t coming. I ended up finding the same product elseway for cheaper.

Orderd a srewset for ps4 pro i had to pay inport tax so i refuzed delivery and send it back now the wont reply or refun my money bunch of scammers stay away from this store

It’s been months since I ordered the part. They have basically stolen my money. No replies to emails. I have had to report it as fraudulent. Avoid.

Taken the money for the item, never shipped. No response when contacting them.

Wish I could rate this company less than 1 star. This company is so bad at communicating with its customers and takes your money only to then never send your items EVER. 6 months went by once I purchased a disc drive and their signature toolkit, and still I haven’t received my items. It has been since February this year and we’re now in November and I have basically lost around $200 Aus Dollars. I have provided this company with the bank statement for my purchase and went through months of terrible communication between them. I’ve provided them with other means of communication and they never responded or followed up at all. Promises after promises saying they were aware that my items were lost in shipping (which is hard to believe when it apparently happened 3-4 times). Don’t ever buy from them at all these guys are fraudulent people who just don’t care for their consumers.
