Fasttrack Airport Parking Reviews 

Drivers are great, Rate is reasonable, and service is impeccable. The parking lot could use a little TLC, since the various cracks and holes make driving around the lot a little dangerous. Still, I don't use any other long-term parking lot when travelling out of town.

The shuttle drivers were super polite and helpful. Wait time was less than 5 min both pickup and drop off.The facility needs a major uplift (too many pot holes) and some times not enough buses/staff in operation - Minor issues in many cases but if they were also addressed, this would be one of the top rated facilties.

Some drivers do not care and gives certain people ticket last time I got no ticket and another driver could not find my car on my return. She acted like I did not exist the driver who took me to the airport.

Very early departure and needed information quickly. Everyone was as helpful as could be, from entrance and parking, travel to and from the airport, and processing me in and out. A wonderful experience, at a reasonable price... Thank you!

It is convenient and economical but the parking lot needs improvement. All the pot holes need to be repaired.

Reasonable rates, BUT very poor asphalt surface. Too often buses come by infrequently in the lot and at the airport. The newer buses store luggage in the front of the vans. the older buses stored luggage in the rear of the vehicle making egress difficult. Van climate control is reasonable. I have never had a security issue in their lot.

Best value. Quick service. lot is a little raggedy but who cares.

I have used Fasttrack for years when flying out of ATL. This past Thanksgiving I made my parking reservation early and prepaid like I always do; when I arrived to the facility I was not allowed to enter because the lot was full and way over booked (cars were parked wherever they could squeeze a car in). I was told I would have to go somewhere else and would have to call the following day for a refund. Due to time constraints, I had to find the next available place and pay 3 times as much for parking because all they had was "covered" parking available. Happy Thanksgiving to me! What is the point of of making a reservation and prepaying for a parking spot if that reservation isn't going to be reserved!?? I did receive a refund, but I will not be doing business with this company in the future. In this day in age, there has to be a better way of doing business than this.

The only reason that I gave it the two stars vs the one is the price. You can't beat the price. However, you get what you pay for. The parking lot is a mess. Pot holes everywhere that have been there for over a year (not just small holes, very large ones). The shuttle service is horrible. I pulled in the parking lot and waited 10+ minutes for a shuttle to take me to the airport. I finally had to call the front and ask for a shuttle to be sent to get me. After a return flight, it takes forever for a shuttle to come to the airport to get me. I sit there and watch all other parking lots come and go several times while waiting for Fasttrack. When it is cold outside I do not like waiting a lengthy period of time to be picked up. I have switched lots, the few extra dollars that I pay is worth it. I travel one week every month, so I have a lot of history with Fasttrack and it has been the same story each time.

We always use Fasttrack when going to the Atlanta airport. Most of the time it is a quick transport to and from the airport....the service has recently gotten better. However the parking lot is in dire need of resurfacing and striping. Love being able to purchase on Groupon! Keep up the improvements and all will be good!

Very convenient

Good price but you’ll be waiting at the airport for the shuttle forever while other companies will have multiple vans waiting for you. The shuttle will take so long that people will pile up and it is a fight to get on so you don’t have to wait another 20-30 minutes.

parking lots are horrible...drivers pick up at the airport took forever. When you call the office, no one Ever answers the calls & rings to the fullest.
