Leaves your skin soft and supple
Now I have had a couple of weeks of using this face cream I feel I can give it a fair review. It has completely cleared up a couple of dry patches on my face. A little goes a long way and sinks in so easily leaving your skin feel soft and supple without a greasy feeling. I will certainly repurchase when the time comes.

Ive been living with PCOS and infertility since ny teens and now 34 ive finally found something natural! I was skeptical about the wold yam cream and if it would balance out my hormones but OMG it worked straight away! My periods were always steady but the bleed useless well now its normal healthy shedding and I couldn't be happier. My ovulation has become consistent and my PMS has disappeared. If your needed natural hormone balancing then this is the cream for you and added bonus is super easy to rub in no smell! couldn't recommend it enough 👌

I have suffered with bad roseaca for years and I had tried plant based balms but they just sat on top of my skin. I came across fat cow skin care and I ordered the sensitive skin balm and the results were brilliant. I liked the balm that much I then ordered some face cream. I now use the fat cow face cream and sensitive skin balm on a daily basis and the last time I saw my GP he commented on how much better my skin is looking. Highly recommended

Ordered the trial pots ...dont state their a balm pictures on site show pots of cream for face .but in the trial pots their all balms ...cs came back to me basically saying it melts on your fingers ..greasy oily ...def not what it came across as !!

Disappointing
The product I purchased was the Natural face cream. Batch number 4025.
Firstly, the lid was broken when I received it. I did not complain as the lid was still screwable. On first use I did not detect any smell, but on every subsequent use the smell became unpleasant, and smelled like beef dripping, which I know that this cream is, but after tallow is properly rendered, it should not have this smell.
I have added my own essential oil to try to mask the smell, it did not work.
Won’t be re-purchasing. Disappointed.

I started almost exclusively buying…
I started almost exclusively buying soap from Fat Cow Skincare because some other companies who make tallow soap started cheaping out and adding extra ingredients (some oils) probably like "filler" in food to make it cheaper. These are great because they use 100% tallow and no other oil.
The only bad product I can think of is the "Tallow & Charcoal" soap that has "castor oil" as an ingredient.
Edit: Forgot to mention the Charcoal soap with castor oil was a free gift.

You’re also spot on about the Tallow & Charcoal Soap being the exception. The small amount of castor oil in that bar is added very intentionally — it helps boost the natural lather and improves the way charcoal performs on the skin, particularly for deeper cleansing. That said, we completely understand if you prefer to stick with our pure tallow-only soaps, and that’s exactly why we clearly list every ingredient.
