A simple Long sleeved top which looked a bit more of an upgrade on a t shirt

Easy to order. Kept informed. Arrived in my local store. Clothes were just lovely, good quality and beautifully made.

Love love love Fatface socks. Lots of fun designs to celebrate summer and plenty to brighten up the darkest winter days. Always sad when a favourite pattern eventually has to be ditched, but as they last so well happily that's something I rarely have to do.

My latest order was an absolute bargain, as many summer ones were reduced to £2. New season designs are currently on 3 for 2, so I'll soon be back to add to my autumn and winter collection.

I generally like the clothes but often too pricey for me. I always enjoy the sales of course. On my most recent experience the staff member was a little short with me as I changed my purchase half way through when I realised that the product was not quite what I had asked for. However usually a good experience.

I ordered 3 tee shirts on line to be delivered to my local store. They were first class and I will enjoy wearing them!

It’s always a plus when in addition to a great product that it’s local Bridport, and you can avoid delivery charges by collecting from the branch.

Visited Fatface Bridport saturday morning 7th of February and the two ladys in there were ever so lovely and helpful and went above and beyond for me. I often visit bridport and make sure to pop in to their fatface when i do because the service and atmosphere is just 10/10!

Having spent £70 on clothing, I was disappointed to be asked to buy a paper bag to put my purchases in. I was informed that all the money goes to charity which it may or may not but I do object to being forced to give to the company’s choice of charity if I don’t want my purchases getting wet or dirty on my way home when I already subscribe to the charities I wish to support .
FatFace never charged for bags before Next took over .
This charging for bags was only supposed to be for plastic bags to discourage people from using plastic bags every time they visited the supermarket, now everyone has jumped on the bandwagon and even charge for paper bags regardless of what you buy or how much you spend.
Also when I said I didn’t want to buy a bag as I already give to a number of charities of my choice the two ladies serving got extremely shirty with me.
Sadly, after many years of buying FatFace clothes ( which make up almost my entire wardrobe ), this is the last time I shall enter a Fat Face shop.
Also, if Fatface/Next wish to support charities ( I like to choose the charities I support) then they should donate from their profits not, not charge their customers to do so.

Efficient website ordering process

I visited the store to exchange a jumper for the next size up. Rosie was very helpful as she checked the stock in store and then went through other options before finding the required size in the storeroom. Very pleased with service I received.
