So helpful will be going back soon!
I telephoned on Tuesday and Kelly was extremely helpful about the return I wanted to make and the stock they had in that might suit me. As a result I visited the store at Burnham Deepdale on Wednesday to return my item and to hopefully find a replacement. It was easy to make the return and get a refund, and she found two items which might be suitable. Luckily the size 10, in a different colour to my return was ideal, fitted well and was so cosy. I will definitely be going back to this Fat Face again, thank you

I wanted to commend the amazing & lovely team at Just popped your BUDE store, bought a fab fleece… served by Sue, the Manager… she knew exactly what I suited & my size… I felt very looked after & such great personal customer service!!
The other ladies Sam & Alex were also very attentive!!

Welcoming atmosphere
I like going into the Bude branch because I am never made too feel I am too old to shop there, as happens if you go to the branches in other places.
The staff are a great team, clearly get on well, helpful, not pushy.
And their lovely manager asks after my dog, makes me feel welcome.

Visited bude fatface today fantastic shop, great selection of clothing. Staff could not be more helpful or friendly. Served by Sam. Our over heated bulldog greatly appreciated the fresh water and dog treat. Thank you 😊

We always visit this store when in Bude. Far better than my local store. Store layout and stock are really nicely presented to help you find the right outfit. Staff are always helpful and friendly too. Overall a really good shopping experience.
