Bude store staff are amazing , so friendly , helpful & cheerful.

I do wish more shop staff were kind to dogs, as they always give treats to our Therapy black labrador .

I buy pretty much all my clothes from FatFace and always pop in to a store when I see one. I have to say, the Bude FatFace store is a lovely place, all the products are hung or folded with care and curated into fabulous collections around the space. The team in Bude really are a great bunch of people, they are warm and welcoming and know the stock really well, offering suggestions and honest opinions. It feels much more like an independent store than a chain, like the staff actually care and really do enjoy themselves - no fake smiles here! Thanks Bude FatFace, see you all next time we’re passing through :-)

I had to make a return which was rather complicated but this was met with calm courtesy. Always a pleasure to shop at fat face !

My dress I ordered came really quick I usually order from store but the delivery was not working I did order a necklace which I had to pay delivery . I do love fat face and order and buy a lot from you

Love the Bude shop. Samantha is really helpful and friendly. Store is clean and tidy making for a good experience. Clothes are good quality and fun to wear.

I don't usually write these reviews but I just wanted to say thank you to this amazing store in Bude. I hate clothes shopping but this store goes above and beyond. Thanks to the awesome Hayley I always end up leaving with clothes that I love and wear again and again! She helps with suggestions, knows how things might potentially fit and is always ready to give other options of clothes. Thank you to all the staff.

Visited Bude branch and found the staff to be most helpful, happy and jolly and very knowledgeable and I came away with exactly what I had been looking for for my elderly mum. Excellent.

Every time I visit this particular store in Bude I am blown away by the stock variation. I visit Bude about 4 times a year and visit the store probably 3 times each visit and always make a purchase. They always seem to have a better variety than the Manchester stores so I tend to buy way more here. Alongside that I must say the staff Abbie and Sam are amazing. They are professional, helpful and I now consider them friends too. I so look forward to my visits and purchases. It helps that I am also still able to use my BLC privilege discount too that is the icing on the cake. One last thing the staff always comment on the clothing I wear which is usually FatFace. Thank you so much. See you again in July if not before.

It was a very quick service, delivered to my local store. The quality of the jeans is excellent. My only criticism is, I like to support my local Fat Face store, but they had none of the long length jeans in the shop, and it was the very helpful assistant that checked and said they were available online.

Both myself and my husband are regular customers at FatFace as we find the variety an quality of clothing exceptional. We recently ordered items to be delivered using their reactivated Click and Collect facility which we found particularly useful as we ordered from home and collected at our holiday destination in Bude.
The Bude staff were very friendly and efficient so the whole experience was positive.

Fat Face Bude is my favourite Fat Face! Sam is super helpful and friendly without gushing. Always find something lovely and the quality of their clothes is brilliant 🤩

Never go in to my local Fat Face but always head to this one every time I’m in Bude. The shop is so well laid out and the service is always spot on. I’ve worn and worn the stuff I’ve bought there which has lasted really well.

Bought a cap online. Chose click and collect from local store in Bude. Great service from the lovely ladies and very convenient.

Always love visiting my local fatface shop. Staff are very friendly, welcoming and helpful. Offering good advice and the chance to order items online if not in stock. Great help and advice from Sue regarding sizing of the item I was looking at.

Just bought a new shirt and hat from FatFace Bude. Sales Assistant Samantha could not have been more helpful. Suggested different styles and sizes to suit me better. Very friendly. Will definitely shop there again.

We are regular visitors to Bude and often have a browse at FatFace as we both love the clothing, always fits well and superb quality at sensible prices.
We dropped in today and as usual walked out with a few things! We just wanted to thank Sue for her fantastic service today, your help was very much appreciated! Our dog Winnie was also very grateful for her usual dog treat.
