I was in the Canterbury store today looking for a Christmas present and the staff were very friendly and so helpful!
Dot was lovely and went out of her way to get me an item that I couldn't reach!
At the registers, I was served by Tim who made sure I had everything and was very kind. Dot and Tim are an asset to this store and I felt well looked after. Thank you so much ❤️

Fantastic service in the Canterbury…
Fantastic service in the Canterbury store, we popped in for a variety of clothes for my wife and two daughters.
Within a couple of minutes Cara had let us know if we need any additional sizes etc they would happily find them for us.
The exceptional service continued as my daughters tried on many different items and sizes nothing was too much trouble.
While my wife tried on her selection of items Emily and Cara were great chatting with my daughters, it really made the experience so relaxing and meant we came away with a lot more than expected.
If more stores and teams made the effort Cara and Emily did shopping on the high street would be booming - great job and amazing team in Canterbury!

Positive shopping experience in my local Canterbury store - staff are always friendly, welcoming and are happy to assist.
There is a good range of clothes, I particularly like their coats. The quality of clothes is good and they last well.

Really poor.
Very small 14 on the arms and shoulders. The return to store to exchange for a 16 meant I would have to pay out again before the refund. This I didn’t do! Fat Face lost a sale!
