Love FatFace! As a brand they genuinely have lovely clothes in decent sizes and, being a petite lady, it makes me very happy that they do short versions of most items. Always have a good experience, whether ordering online, sending something back or going in store. My local store is a friendly place, staff are fab and extremely helpful.

I visited the Chester store today. Izzy the staff member who helped me was incredible, with nothing too much trouble.
Due to Izzy's patience, professionalism and friendly manner, I came away with a number of items, including 2 in the sale which was a bonus. The branch Manager chatted with me at the till and was also very welcoming and helpful
Would recommend the store to anyone.

I found all I needed on your site great colour, style and quality. Just the floaty look I wanted for summer. I would say that the sizing is on the large side and hip size was also large even in a size 10. All in all very pleased with my purchases

Rating the customer service here, as the dress sadly didn't suit me & was returned. Chester store were efficient & courteous in accepting my item back for refund, which was actioned promptly. You know the quality is going to be good with Fat Face, so it's the customer service which makes all the difference. Well done!

Recently bought a long sleeve polo shirt,and also a white Tee shirt,both were of good quality arrived on time,would highly recommend,i also recently bought a Broadsands coat from your shop in Chester,great quality,but i should have looked on line, i paid £119.00,and could have saved nearly £50.00,if i had checked your sale.

Wonderful staff
We regularly visit as we’re always made to feel welcome. The dogs know where to sit to receive a treat and are forgiven for their greed.
The store has a cosy atmosphere which encourages us to wander. The fitting rooms have chairs for partners to wait. Clothes are always good quality which look good, feel comfortable and wash well.

The size of the product is worked out for you by what size you usually buy and who the company is you’ve bought items from, I thought was great because I’ve not experienced it with anybody else

Great quality and design. Great friendly staff.
Great quality and design. The only place I really buy my clothes from now. They last really well too. Also lovely children's clothes. Only disappointment is that the children's range in stores seem to be getting smaller and smaller and my daughter can't try the items on.
