FatFace - CRIBBS CAUSEWAY 2 Reviews 

I was given a £10. off code online as I had signed up to receive Fat Face emails. I visited Fat Face store, Cribbs Causeway with a printout of the email code & enjoyed choosing a T. shirt so I could use the voucher code. However, when I went to pay the assistants were unable to get the code to work - they said it was the day before the sales started so that was the cause. I showed them a copy of the email but they told me they could only give me 15% off & that £10. wasn't a normal discount. I was in a hurry so took their word for it & assumed I'd read the details incorrectly. When I got home & checked my email closely if definitely said £10. off treat!
I rang the store & the manager kindly said when I next called in with receipts etc. they would make up the difference. A bit of a pain having to make another journey to the Mall but it will give me a chance to look around the store again!
I also purchased a dress online which arrived promptly in time for me to wear to a family gathering. It then appeared in the sales at half price the day after, but that said I was very pleased with the dress & the delivery service. So, thank you, Fat Face.
I visited the store again today & was given a refund of £10. plus a huge apology for the above misunderstanding. As a goodwill gesture they also gave me money off the dress I bought online to reflect its sale price. I'm very impressed with the efficient & prompt action taken by staff to recompense me & thank everyone involved in making me feel a valued customer.

After talking to an extremely helpful sales advisor I was so impressed with the service. Being a larger lady she advised me to try a dress on which fitted perfectly other than the length but I can always alter that. Clare was so amazing I went home and spent another £62 on line. I wish the larger sizes were in store. Thank you Clare.

Staff very helpful as always. Must shop every time I'm go to the Mall .

Friendly and helpful service, plus good selection of clothes

I ordered a laptop case on Monday evening online, as the store assistant at Cribbs Causeway Bristol said it wasn’t online!
I went straight outside the shop, went online ordered it. The laptop case was delivered Thursday afternoon!! I love it fantastic delivery. Maybe in store staff need to check a bit harder online!!

Returning items for exchange to a store was not straight forward had to go through process of getting a refund and then order smaller size and pay again not sure now if I will have to struggle to get refund from Klara who say I should have returned by post assistant knew it was purchased through Klara- fingers crossed it will be straight forward

I really like the clothes in Fatface. I know they can be on the expensive side however as a petite 5ft lady I'm fortunate to be able to fit into size 12 years. I was looking for a pair of shorts for work. I managed to find a pair in the boys' section. Unfortunately the biggest size they had available was 10-11 years which were a little bit too small. Luckily a member of staff was able to get a bigger size delivered to my home address. There were two ladies that helped me. The system was a bit slow and they couldn't stop apologising. I wasn't bothered at all. I was so grateful that they could help me.

Promptly delivered. Great fit.

The assistants were very helpful. Did a couple of on line returns plus purchased 2 pairs of shorts so very happy customers

Clothes are good quality, staff are really helpful, online shopping arrived very quickly. My only slightly negative observation, is that this year I feel the tops are huge. I usually take a 14 but have had to exchange for a 10. Not a problem if this large sizing consistently stays this way.

Really impressed with the Staff here, I bought a number of items in the sale and the person that served me could not have been more helpful. Clothes wash really well, ordering online/ returns very simple too.

I was served by Yasmin at your store at Cribbs Causeway. She was a delightful young lady and very helpful indeed. So rare nowadays to find staff who demonstrate such kindness. I hope that her manager will give her the praise that she deserves on the back of this review.

Helpful, friendly staff - excellent customer service.

Didn't have the bag I wanted on display but asked helpful assistant who went through to stock room and found the one I wanted. I always find staff at Fatface helpful and approachable .

Another great pair of trousers, brilliant fit and superb quality. Look good and feel good.
