Good experience of buying 3 pairs jeans, and the return of 1.
Bought 3 pairs of jeans online. Had to return 1 to shop as it was not to my liking. Delivery was on time and the other 2 jeans are perfect. Easy to return to shop but other easy options as well.

I made an order on line and was told it is missing in store
I made an order on line and was told it was on its way to store then that it had arrived…a week later I went into town and to the fat face store to be collect my order and was told they could not find it even though it had been signed in I was asked to come back the next day and they would try and find out where my order had gone..I did this and they still did not know so I have ended up having to buy my order again as it was an Xmas present and been told I have to wait for a refund on the missing one..hence I am not at all impressed! Two trips into town took up a lot of my time and I feel I should have been offered a refund in store or been given my order from store in replacement of my missing order not to have to purchase it again. This is all far below the service I have come to expect from fat face and would put me off ordering in the future. From Lorraine Harris

The delivery of the order was on time, and the notifications of the order being dispatched and ready for collection were clear and easy to follow.
Really pleased with items, unfortunately one of the tops has a thread run across the back which I didn't notice until after I had removed the tags. Only paid £10 for the top and it is wearable so not the end of the world. Otherwise would have given 5 stars.
