I could not get the size I needed with a skirt in the sale in my local branch, and the staff were very friendly and professional and told me to try on line which I did and was very successful in obtaining one. Very good service and very speedy delivery

Goods arrived on time. They were excellent quality though one item was not required. No problem at all with return and further item ordered and arrived. Very satisfactory service both on lone and in store.

I just always love Fatface. Great service, great quality, love the stuff. Never had any problems. My favourite shop. Only downside is its not cheap and i think their prices have gone up and I can only afford stuff when it's in the sale!

Could only order this online but it wasn’t long before I could collect in store. Staff always very pleasant and helpful.
